Quality Carpet Cleaning's roots go back to 1981 when Gary Lawrence put his first rig together and started knocking on doors offering his 5-Step Steam Cleaning Process. I joined Gary as his partner in 1987. Later that year we formed Quality Carpet Cleaning, Inc. and have been operating as such ever since.

Our beginnings, like many small businesses, were humble. Gary slept on a futon in our dining room/office to save money. I drummed up business one phone call at a time (the internet was years away); and my wife, Connie, kept the books (as well as a day job). We had 2 young kids, 6 cats that came with the house and a dog that was given to us by a customer (because he would "go" on their carpet every day after they went to work).

I couldn't be more impressed by this company and their technician Robert. I had the carpet in my daughter's bedroom cleaned today and Robert from Quality Carpet did an excellent job. Really great. The carpet looks amazing and the price was totally reasonable. We used them in the past and they were great then also. I once used a different carpet cleaning company because they were a little bit less expensive, and boy was I sorry I did that, they did an awful job and were extremely rude. I'll never go anywhere besides Quality Carpet Cleaning from here on out, they were wonderful and my carpet came cleaner than I could have imagined. I'm so happy.

We had our carpet stretched and they did such a great quick and professional job. We also had our carpets cleaned and they were thoughtful enough to put plastic under wheels and blocks under the table so that the carpet could fully dry. I honestly have no idea how they have decent reviews. Aside from them completely messing up my carpet, they kept saying somebody would come to take a look at it and time after time NOBODY HAS CAME! Its so frustrating to try and get ahold of customer service and at this point i cant even sleep in my own room for how disgusting the carpet smells, which is sad because it's still pretty new. Thanks for nothing Quality Carpet Cleaning, now I have to spend a lot more money to get my still good carpet changed entirely.

Eric showed up right on time. I told him the carpet was old and pretty dirty, I wasn't expecting much! He got started right away. After he was finished I was surprised at how great the carpet looked! I've had my carpets and area rugs cleaned 2 times by Quality Carpet Cleaning and tile once. They are responsive in communications, show up on-time, and work fast. The prices are fair and the quality looks excellent. The before and after contrast with the tile cleaning was impressive!(make sure they get all the hard-to-reach places though).

I am really impressed with their ability to solve problems. We had two or three areas needing emergency repair, and Quality Carpet was able to get someone out within 24 hours (and it wasn't the weekend). Their technician was clean and professional, and did a great job for us. Their customer service is outstanding, and they really exceeded expectations in both their flexibility and quality of work. I will definitely call them first next time!

Quality Carpet Cleaning is amazing! They did a great job of making tired dirty carpet look fresh for my clients rental. I called them in the morning and the job was done by that afternoon. We just had the carpets cleaned at our new townhome. The young man that came out was very polite and very professional! Explained to him that we just purchased our home and he recommended an upgraded package to help sterilize the carpet. He never pressured us on the upgrade and genuinely had our best interest in mind. He also went out of his way to show me areas of damaged in the carpet which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend quality carpet cleaning and we'll use them in the future!

I used Quality Carpet Cleaning to have three rooms and a hallway done. I had to change my initial appointment twice and they were very flexible in doing so. The technicians arrived on time and were in and out in under an hour with the job very well done. They were professional and efficient. Price quoted online was the price charged with no shenanigans.

The company followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the service and also sent out a 30 day warranty letter in case we weren't happy with the work. They have earned all of my future business going forward, I guarantee that!

The guy on the phone quoted me one price for an estimate, which sounded reasonable. The other guy shows up to take the carpet away. He gives me an estimate 3 times the amount the other guy quoted me on the phone.
