I'm only giving a good review because of the first crew who came to clean my apartment - they were very professional and did a great job. I don't feel like that reflects on the business at all - I think I just got very lucky with a group of two amazing humans, I don't necessarily know the company pays the cleaners enough because another cleaning crew they sent to clean the second time made literally no difference in my apartment and it was quite honestly a waste of time.

To make things worse I reached out to the business to try to fix things, give them another chance and tell them what went wrong and I received no response. Trust me I'm not one to write a scathing yelp review but if I get radio silence from the business after contacting them multiple times they leave me as the customer no choice but to warn other people by writing a review.

I will be filing a claim with small claims court to get my money back as well. Very disappointing. I'm hoping that first crew ended up getting their own business because they were incredible.

I had a great cleaning from the two people who came over. They were efficient and got to some spots that I never wanted to deal with. I only wish that they new about my request for what I wanted a deeper clean for as I indicated in my initial form. I'm glad I asked if they knew or they might not have done it because they weren't aware. I don't get cleanings often so maybe this is the norm, but I would've appreciated it. Overall, they did a great job and I'm so happy to be in a clean home!

I have used maidserve several times for different types of cleaning. They always come on time, are very professional and leave the place looking great

I think Maid Serve is a housekeeping broker of sorts. They find the customer, quote a price and find what the customer is seeking. They did quite well. Angelina and Eva from Patricia Cleaning did an amazing job. On top of having had 5 back surgeries in 4 years, my 28 year old carpet is deteriorating. And I have cats. So while I've tried my best to keep up with cleaning, mostly it's become impossible for me. Needless to say, it was a brutal job for them.

They worked their tails off and for the first time in years, I don't feel disgusted to be inside my apartment. They are miracle workers, organized things even better, and cleaned in places that I'm still discovering. They were punctual, very kind, thorough and hard workers. They wouldn't even accept a glass of water. They were go go go!

It was pricey, partly because I think Maid Serve is the middleman and Patricia Cleaning gets more on top of that, as it should, and it was a big job. But worth every dime I paid. Gave both ladies generous gratituities since I had no idea of cost breakdown. And their work they did exceeded my imagination. Wouldn't have dreamed so much could be done in an afternoon.

My only complaint is, if something gets damaged, I'd prefer to be told than to find out the next morning. Beyond that, I would bring this team back in a heartbeat. Five stars for Angelina and Eva from Patricia Cleaning.

They were great! They were the first to go above and beyond to move our furniture around so they could clean more thoroughly. I was really impressed & will def use again!

Disappointed. 2 cleaners came to clean after a tenant moved out, so no furniture, seems pretty easy but not at all a deep clean. i had to go back in and finish cleaning. not sure what they were doing for 2 hours, the unit is only a 1bed / 1bath. they even used my vacuum cause theirs broke. i was charged $172 and even-though the payment came out of the tenants deposit, i wont be using this company again. also issues with payment, it's been 5 days since the "cleaning" and i had to call to ask when they'll be charging me, they dont know when but soon.

I hired maid serve for a 2 person crew to clean my house and a second home. I explained in detail what I wanted to Alex M. A women and her 13 year old daughter arrived. (I thought I paid for 2 adults!)They had no idea of what was expected and I couldnt communicate with them as they spoke no English. we tried through Translate on our phones but not very effectively.

They had to use my vaccum because they didnt bring one. I contacted the company and was assured this would be dealt with but it wasn't. They gave a $40. discount and charged $172. for 2.5 hr. I will dispute this with my credit card company. It was a terrible experience

I'd give 5 stars to the cleaners. We got Adriana and Chris and they were professional. Especially, Adriana is a super nice lady. The reason I gave 4 is that the management gave a wrong address to the cleaners. Fortunately, the wrong address wasn't far away from my place, so they came a bit later. One thing I felt the inconvenience is that they have less availability on weekend. Their office closes on weekends, so if you have a job of M-F, it'd be a bit inconvenient. But overall, I think they have a good service.

They showed early, stayed for two hours, and are absolutely lovely people. However, what I got was not the deep cleaning I requested. Not only was the master bathroom untouched (due to an honest miscommunication, to be fair), but the foyer, floors, kitchen sink, stove range hood, and living room surfaces were untouched as well. There are cobwebs in the corners, grime on the baseboards, and cat hair on the furniture.

I will have to take a day off work to do the deep cleaning I need, which is what I'd hoped to avoid by hiring a service. C'est la vie, but if you hire this service, I recommend being as thorough and specific as possible in your requests.

They were accommodating to my requests and were courteous with noise (I work from home and they worked around me). They cleaned literally everything. The stove. Fridge. Baseboards. Everything. The services rendered matched the quote. Overall: highly recommend!

Jackie and Joanne were our cleaners and they did an excellent and thorough job. They cleaned every nook and cranny, and even were careful of al the kids' toys that were everywhere. Highly recommended!

Sorry to leave an unhappy review but this group was frustrating to work with. The quality of cleaning was good, when they actually showed up, but that happened once out of 3 attempts. The other two appointments, I was told 10-12am but didn't hear from anyone until well after that window closed. Cancelled and now looking for a more reliable option.

Had an excellent experience with the MaidServe team today. They were thorough, efficient, and paid such close attention to detail. They did a fantastic job and my apartment is spotless. I would definitely hire them again!

This was my first time hiring some help to clean and what can I say. I was speechless. The work was superb. Joanna and Jackie did an excellent job. They showed up on time. It was a pleasure having them in my home. They did an excellent job and finished in a timely manner. I'm pretty disappointed with MaidServe. I've used them in the past and I recall having positive experiences. I booked a 2 hour *deep* cleaning with the understanding that they will be coming from 1-2 and the deep cleaning focuses on the kitchen and bathroom. They showed up at 11:58, and I wasn't prepared. I was planning on tidying up a bit more before they came, but whatever.

I would say they left around 1:30, and before they left I gave a good tip. At first sight, everything looked good. However, I noticed my countertops still had grime on them, my stove wasn't fully wiped down and my oven had pancake mix still on it! My bathroom wasn't "deep" cleaned, and there was dirt in the corners. I'm super disappointed and will not be using them again.

I am looking forward to have them in our house in January. So far I am very content with their effort in communicating with me.

Not very happy with their work. No attention to detail and showed up late. I would go with another service. They did not really do a deep clean as they said they would for the hourly rate of $96. Did not follow entry instructions.

Called them in the morning for a same day cleaning and was given a 3pm appointment. The receptionist promised to email an appt confirm but I never received after requesting twice. They never pick up their phone, only texts, but I was promised 3 times today that the cleaners would arrive at 3pm. They never showed up. Wanted to have a client's home cleaned before they arrived tomorrow, so what a huge disappointment this company turned out to be.

No show: We scheduled service with them. No body showed up. I've reached out several times but the phone rings then hangs up. Bummer

I'm pregnant and just haven't had time to clean my house the way I usually do. I decided to just go ahead and hire someone to do a deep cleaning. MaidServe was close by and had great reviews so I decided to try them out. Everyone was so nice and the cleaning was exactly what I wanted. My house looks so great. It takes so much stress off when my house is clean. Thank you MaidServe for the excellent help and beautiful cleaning.

MaidServe really gave me the best cleaning I think I've ever had. I started working a second job and just hadn't had the time to clean my house the way I like. MaidServe was available quickly and did a fantastic job. I'm so happy with their work. I wasn't sure what to expect but they definitely impressed me. If you're looking for a solid cleaning I highly recommend them. They really do right by their customers.

We own an AirBnB property and the company that we usually use to clean up after each tenant recently went out of business. We called MaidServe with a last minute request and they were able to accommodate us. They came out and did a very quick and efficient job. Everything was done with great care and attention to detail. We loved the cleaning and the customer service so we will be using them again very soon.

I've always hired professionals to do my cleaning because I work in the medical field and often do 12-14 hours days. I have used other companies in the past but had the best experience so far with Maid We've. They always do a great job on my home. The staff is so skilled and very professional. I've been using this company throughout 2021 and I have loved working with them. They are awesome communicators and always responded to any of my questions. They do a great job with my cleanings. They always get things much cleaner than I ever could myself. I have never had a single problem with them and will continue to use them in the future. This is the third time I've had MaidServe come out and do a cleaning for me. I keep coming back to them because they always clean the house exactly the way I like. I am very happy with the service that I recieved. MaidServe cleaned my apartment and did a very thorough job. It was also really nice that when they were finished that everything smelled nice and clean but there were no harsh chemical odors. I was working form home the whole time they were there and they were super polite and didn't bother me at all. I would definitely recommend using them if you need a cleaning.

We were getting ready to sell out home and wanted to have it deep cleaned in order to make it more appealing to potential buyers. We contacted MaidServe and they were able to get us an appointment right away. They did a beautiful job cleaning everything. The attention to detail and skill that went into our cleaning was so impressive. Their team was pleasant and they worked hard to get everything done as quickly as possible. I am highly satisfied with their work. I definitely plan to have them come clean our new home regularly now that I know what fantastic service they offer.

This company gave me awesome service. I hired them to do a deep cleaning before I moved out of my apartment and everything looked perfect. I seriously think the only reason I got my deposit back was beacuse of them. They were so kind, easy to work with, and I felt very comfortable with them in my space. They paid so much attention to detail and did a beautiful job with the cleaning. They were also very friendly and charged a very fair price. I will definitely be using them again.

I'm not really sure why MaidServe has such great reviews. I've attempted to schedule with them twice. The first time I was sent an email and when I emailed to confirm, they never responded. I then received a text a few days later from someone saying they're coming that day when I never officially confirmed the date/time? Which was a little odd, I proceeded to cancel since I was not available that day.

A few days ago, I received another text message saying that they're at my address (which wasn't my address), but I really needed someone to come in so I asked if they would be able to come next week, and they never responded to me. I find this entire process and company to be extremely unorganized and unprofessional. If you read this and have experience the same and have found a better cleaning service in the LA area please let me know! Thank you!

When I initially booked a first appointment 2+ weeks out, the staff was very responsive in coordinating recurring dates and payment. The cleaners were supposed to come between 9-10am, but at 9:20 I get a text message apology, saying that they had to cancel as one of the maids called out sick. The text said that the earliest availability they had was a couple days later or the following week.

I responded with some available times in that time range, but never heard back on when they could reschedule. I waited a day and called and left a message asking for a call back so that I could reschedule. And that was also ignored. So finally I texted and cancelled my tentative recurring appointment date. And then I got an immediate response, acknowledging my cancellation and asking if I wanted to reschedule. So yeah, I "rescheduled" with Maggy Maid and had a MUCH better experience.

I do not recommend this company. I first hired this company to clean my one bedroom apartment in April and requested a deep cleaning. A deep cleaning did not occur. After they left, I had to clean certain areas myself (blinds, fridge, and vacuum). After that experience I wrote a review here on Yelp about the poor service. The company reached out to me and offered me a full refund and discounted future service to take down my review.

I actually did not accept the full refund because the women that cleaned did do SOME cleaning and I said a 50% refund will be fine and agreed to take down my review. The person I spoke with someone managed to blame the poor service on the pandemic and admitted that the women that came to clean got tired. Like other reviews have mentioned, the cleaning crew was very friendly and nice.

That is the only positive. I told them that I'd like to give them another shot and scheduled another cleaning for May 14. This appointment was confirmed via email. On May 13 I decided to email them to confirm that they were still coming the next day. I was informed that they did not have a record of my appointment on that day and that they did not have anyone available to come.

I have company arriving the evening of May 14 so this is a major inconvenience for me as I have other things I need to take care of. Don't be fooled by the high rating. I will not be taking down this review.

Had them clean our banquet hall restrooms, which have not been used for a long time since the pandemic began. Easy to book, easy to confirm, easy to change confirmed dates and everything was about as easy as possible. Cleaning person came out and took their time to deep clean everything that needed to be cleaned. I will not post any pictures of the before as it was absolutely disgusting.

We had backed up toilets so you can only imagine what they had to clean. Prices were very reasonable and service was excellent on all ends. I would highly recommend using their services.

From getting a quote to scheduling a time, the entire process was smooth and professionally handled. MaidServe just finished cleaning our apartment for move-out and I was extremely impressed by the quality of cleanliness they were able to attain. I've had professional cleaning services before and would definitely rate this at the top. If you need cleaning services, they will not disappoint. The cleaning crew (ladies in my case) were extremely considerate, nice, and friendly!

The whole experience from the initial phone call to the time the cleaners left was painless and absolutely amazing. Initial call: They answered all my questions, made the apt very quickly and were extremely professional. The cleaners: They came within the quoted window even after letting me know they were running late but still showed up during appt. Time. Adriana and Chris were extremely professional, quick and made sure I checked everything and was satisfied with how they did and offered to go over any areas that may have missed. Conclusion: I would rehire them, and will def ask for the two cleaners mentioned above.

Summary: Cleaners only stayed for 1.25 hours of 2 hours paid for and did inadequate job. We hired MaidServe to clean our 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. The cleaners arrived at 9:30, we walked them through what needed to be cleaned, then left to run errands. At 10:30, I get a text from the cleaners that they were finishing up. We were confused since we were paying for a 2 hour minimum, plus it's a 2 bedroom apartment?

When we arrived home a few mins later, the cleaners were sitting outside of our apartment, packed up and ready to go. They quickly did a walk through with us then left. My husband and I then did a thorough inspection of the apartment and found dust on the floor, oil on the microwave, dust on the TV stand, hair in the bathtub, etc. We complained to MaidServe and are still waiting for their response. We were hoping to be using them as a recurring service so this is extremely disappointing.

The prices aren't cheap (230 for a 3 bed, 2 bath), but the quality service justifies the price tag. The 3-person job lasted 2.5 hours and my condo was spotless. I appreciate the attention to detail and they focused on the spots that needed a little extra TLC (light fixtures, window sills, vacuuming behind the couch). I'll definitely use them again - probably on a quarterly basis. Thanks Maidserve!

I called Maidserve for a clean service after the tenants move out, they did OK job but the details in the kitchen can't make me satisfied. Maidserve called me back offered the solution and future discount. I think they try to make it up and take care of their customers which is very important in a service business.

MaidServe is truly an amazing company to work with. I've hired them four years ago to clean my office and have never had one thing to complain about. They are punctual, attention oriented, and most importantly trustworthy. The cleaning crew comes in late at night when no one is in the office and there has never been a time where we found or felt like something was missing.

With busier work weeks, I have less and less time to put aside to clean the house. MaidServe has definitely made my life easier. We have MaidServe come in every week and clean the entire house. They are reliable and fast. They come at the time they say they will come, and are in and out in what seems to be no time.

When we were looking for a janitorial company for our office, we needed to find someone dependable to work with. We have a lot of in-office appointments with clients and it is of the up most importance that the janitors never miss a day so that the office is always clean when the client enters. MaidServe has never disappointed.

MaidServe has been very reliable in the eight years we've been working with them. As a precaution, due to the fact that we have a lot of customer personal and financial information in the office, I prefer to stay around when the cleaning crew comes. MaidServe has never missed an appointment or been late for one.

We are very delighted that we found MaidServe for our house cleaning needs. We have a large house which seems to be impossible to clean without getting outside help. We've tried many other cleaning companies before MaidServe but were never pleased with the results. MaidServe, on the other hand, is truly a professional cleaning company that doesn't miss a spot.
