Mick and his crew installed a new HVAC (both a/c and heater) system for us recently and the entire process was outstanding. For starters Mick made the original visit himself, checked out the house and existing duct layout, and gave us a quote. At that time there was a concern because our existing return air ducts were not large enough to provide the needed airflow for the new system, so Mick and his entire team came out a few days before the install date to look in detail at the situation and figure out what the alternatives could be, thus solving the problem well in advance leaving the install date free to focus on the install itself. Everyone on the team seemed to know exactly what they were doing and the result was a very clean, professional grade installation.

Micky and his crew installed an AC compressor, coil and furnace. They arrived on time when they said. Friendly, knowledgeable crew. Installation was slightly quicker than the estimated time. Great experience.

Mick replaced our 30 year old furnace/AC 6 years ago and it stopped working yesterday afternoon. We called him this morning and he was at the house 45 minutes later. Took him a short time to figure out it was a relay, which he replace and it was up and running. No charge! THANKS MICK! You are the best. You want full service, call Mick.

Mick's Heating and Air is the best! They installed a new system in 3 hours. All 4 tech's were extremely knowledgeable and very nice. They worked very diligently until the work was done. Cleaned up and left no mess. Mick, the owner is the nicest person you can meet. He's very responsive, on time and no BS at a very fair price. I would recomend them to anyone, you won't be disappointed going with this company.

Mick and his crew saved us from the heat wave. literally. Twice! First our downstairs AC went out and then a couple months later, the upstairs one went out as well. How many businesses take the time to call you back with references and cost guidance when they are out of your territory? Well I can say that Mick is that owner! I am VERY thankful that he was kind enough to return my call (immediately) to let me know that our home was out of his area. However, he was genuinely concerned about what we needed and even gave me guidance on the estimated cost so no business would take advantage of me. WOW! If you are looking for an honest company, Mick is definitely your guy! Thank you, Mick! If I ever move to your area, you will be the guy we call for our AC needs!

These guys are great. They were super responsive and professional, and they went above and beyond to help me. They came on time, explained everything so that I could understand it, responded to many phone calls with questions about things unrelated to their job, and even did some extras just because they are good people. My heater/AC died in November of 2020. Micky came out and indicated I needed a new unit as parts were unavailable for my 20 year old unit. In December, 2020 they delivered a new combo Heater/AC unit. His crew were on my roof a long time and eventually came down and said the unit was not performing to their standards. They called the manufacture and the manufacture offered to send them parts to repair the new unit. Micky and his crew said no.

I had bought a new unit (California low emissions unit) and they were going to have it replaced with a new unit. Micky was able to have the unit replaced the same day with another California low emissions unit. It worked for a few days and then it stopped heating. At this point Micky suggested going with a tried and true non-low emissions unit and on New Year's eve, had it delivered. (Micky felt the low emissions unit still had bugs for the manufacturer to figure out) Micky assured me he would get me a unit that works well and he did.

He and his crew were very pleasant and easy to work with, even with the time it took to replace the units. I contacted MIck's Heating & Air originally in 2013 and Mickys son came out and replaced a part on the unit. Later on I was unable to find my information for Micks Heating & Air and had someone else come out in between to fix the unit, when it stopped working.

The Brrr guy seemed really not to care, that my house did not heat well. So when the heater/AC died in Nov 2020, i finally found MIckeys invoice from 2013 and called him, which is how he came to replace my unit and get my business. I highly recommend Mick's Heating & Air!

Furnace was not working properly, Danny was there within 2 hours and advised me it was the circuit board which he was able to return to function. Recommended replacing if it. Did no charge me for the call, very impressed will use for all HVAC problems in the future

We hired Mick and his team to redo our ducts, and put in a new air conditioner and furnace. They are a family run business. very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They brought in a crew of 5 to get the job done quickly and completely. They were very reasonably priced and fair. First of all, Mick is an incredibly nice guy. He called me right away and left a voicemail. I called back too late and he said he would come look at it after running an errand. He came as promised even though he was done with his work day. He looked around, asked questions and checked the filter. He showed my boyfriend how to change it and badaboom we're sitting pretty with AC again! Excellent Service!

Mickey came out the morning after my AC failed and in 72 hours I had a new furnace, air conditioner and coil for a price less than I had expected. I was referred to him by neighbors who both had a great experience. His crew was professional, personable, and Mickey was present for most of the job. It was explained so that I could have input on how things were set up.

Very professional group of hard working guys. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile for customer service. I bought an older home with no central cooling or heat (only wall heaters) and these guys came in and added a full central system including gas, electrical and ducting for my entire home in one day. A job most other companies told me could take up to three days.

Absolutely the best. I got bids form 3 companies on a new air, heater, and vents. Not only was Mick's pricing the best but they were clean, considerate, fast and had the best quality work. I can't say enough about their professionalism and craftsmanship. They even went above and beyond to finish molding where others had cut corners on installation. 100% using them for all HVAC needs.

Mick's crew is awesome! I remodeled my home last summer and they did a full install and new duct work, they gave me a free Nest thermostat and taught me how to use it. They worked around the craziness going on and were extremely professional and friendly. They made the process easy peasy. I am writing this review as a ten month update because I am so happy with my new unit still and wanted to make sure I gave credit where deserved.

I am really glad I went with the 16 Seer high efficient AC unit because I use my AC a lot and it's saved me a LOT of money compared to what I was paying with my previous AC. This business is a class act, and I love supporting small family businesses because the quality always shows so much more than those big chain companies. This Man know's how to run and earn your business. After a few phone calls, quotes and a couple rejections from other companies, Mick and his awesome team came through for me with no if's and but's. With just a few quick questions he knew exactly what i needed and was available on short notice. The team showed up on time and got done amazingly quick. I got to say, they are the most genuine and friendly people I met. I love working with small family business, there is a customer service you dont get anywhere else. My heater stopped working and I thought I needed to replace the whole unit. Mick and his son was able to come in on a SUNDAY amid all this virus situation. They were able to fix the unit is seconds. And they were very conscious about shoes indoor to avoid making a mess. Highly recommend and definitely will call again if ever need anymore jobs.

Called nicks out for a estimate on some heating issues met him at the house he was early very nice and pleasant he evaluated my system was very honest didn't try and sell me something I didn't need gave me options on the repairs needs. He came performed all work cleaned up vacuumed took all old equipment and left the place better than when he arrived. Also dog sat my Dog while they were there. These are the most honest and hard working people. This is a family business and it shows. I had an issue with my AC. Mick came out right away to diagnose the problem. After reviewing the bid for repair, we moved forward. No nickel & diming here. Mick's crew came out(on time) and did the repair without any hiccups. If you are looking for a HVAC guy, this is it! You won't be disappointed.

Let's just say that if Yelp allowed me to give more than 5 stars, I certainly would! Mick's Heating & Air is by far worth 10 stars! Our whole system went out and we had been managing without air for about 3 weeks. We had got a few other quotes but Mick's was by far the most reasonable. He was able to some out see the problem and schedule us in for the same week.

Our house was getting up to 86 degree and with our pets we just couldn't keep the house that hot so Mick's being able to come quickly was really above and beyond in the customer services department. They were professional and friendly and got the job done quickly and correctly. Mick ensured he reviewed all the details of our new unit and how to ensure that our unit would last.

Just an FYI, apparently filters are very important in keeping your unit working. Lesson learned for sure! I'd recommend Mick's any day of the week and twice on Sunday!
