We have used this company for about 4-5 years. The owner Ryan is a very nice man. They do quick work and they do a great job cleaning our windows. However, over the most recent three times they have been here their work has been sloppily. They leave black drippings from cleaning the windows on our walls. I have mentioned it to Ryan the last few times he was here, but still the problem continued.

This last time and it was the LAST TIME they came we had just had all of the walls in our home painted. Once again they left scuff marks on the walls. Unfortunately this time the marks are to high for us to reach without a ladder. I called and left a message requesting they come out and clean the walls. No reply. I called again the next day and Ryan the owner said he meant to call back, but was checking out when he would be in our area again. It has been 2 1/2 weeks now since I requested they clean up, to no resolution or even phone call. I would not recommend this merchant.
