I called for information as a first-time customer and got a next-day appointment. Service was on time and only took an hour to an hour and a half to clean carpets in a 1-bedroom apartment. They got out stains other cleaners had not been able to budge. I was very pleased with the service and the price. The only thing is I was told over the phone they accepted credit cards, but when the vendor was here, he told me he could only take a check. Luckily, I found an old box of checks and was able to pay the bill.
