Did not do a great job and claimed we didn't pay them for service. Would not recommend

The Billy Goat landscaping has done a great job for my lawn and my neighbors in the Miami Shores area. I highly recommend their services if your looking for a reliable and dependable company to take care of all your lawn care needs.

LACK OF PUNCTUALITY & FOLLOW THRU. Contacted them last Saturday. Danny returned my call & said he could come by Monday & would call me in the morning to tell me when he was coming. He did call, got my address, and never heard from him again despite texting him on Monday afternoon. Today is Wednesday. No word. The email I sent to them by way of website was also ignored. I won't know what quality of work they do, because a business who can't follow thru and keeps you waiting one whole day already sends red flags.

I tried to set up an appointment to address my lawn care/plant needs. Danny assured me that someone would call on their way and be there by the end of the week. I called twice to confirm because I had not heard from anyone. I was told each time not to worry that someone would definitely make it out. I received an email the following week with an estimate.

When I called to figure out the disconnect and why no one called when they were at my property, he told me that I should find another company. This was the second estimate I received from the Billygoat and was higher than the first. After our conversation I received a text message from Danny saying, "In my 15 years of service I've learned when you smell run the other way. So you proved me right. Have a good day." BUYER BEWARE! Do not waste your time.

Excellent Work for the Billy Goat Company! Great company name and lovely employees! I'm delighted to say that Linda does the best at managing everything. She is there every step of the way and making sure she has the precise measurements, and there are no miscommunications on neither end of the project from the workers to me. She works with you if you have a budget or want to see the different price range of the plants she will send you various estimates.

From the start and probably one of the reasons why I got my hedges was for privacy in the front yard, on the day of the installment of Clusia Hedges, there happened to be chaos coming from each neighbor trying to tell the workers what to do but Each worker handled everything in a Professional manner and continued with their original plan as agreed on; despite the neighbors on top of them.

The installation of the Hedges we're finished the same day, and I couldn't have been much happy and at ease. I purchased Clusia guttifera, 7 gal., 3'6 - 4' over all, plant every 3' on center, plant along all three sides of front yard. These guys do an amazing job!

Amazing company. Daniel was fast and very professional when we requested a professional landscaping company proposal. His pricing was very competitive and the stayed at the job until every was done to total perfection. good honest people are hard to find in Miami. A true professional company that can handle any type of jobs from a small job to a corporate landscape. All my landscaping needs will be taken care of by the billy goat for sure!

Danny runs a great business at The Billy Goat. They work hard to give owners and businesses a lawn that looks magnificent. I have worked with Danny in multiple circumstances, and he is very friendly and extremely helpful I highly recommend their services to anyone that needs some landscaping or lawn work done.

Spent 36,000 for landscaping at new house. Within 4 months noticed much of it was slowly dying including the grass, bromeliads and mondo grass. One year later and I am having to replace almost all of the landscaping and soil under the landscaping. Not all of the landscaping died, but much of it did. I cannot recommend this company.

The Billy Goat is the service you need if want a great looking lawn. Whether it be your home or your business, they can make your landscaping looking great. The team that comes out does a nice job and they work hard.

Had used for 4 yrs. started out good. But only 1 guy speaks English which is a problem for me. They broke several items at my house (and begrudgingly accepted the deductions. They didn't really wanna pay).

They are a great company for any type of lawn care or work. They are great at what they do and they do it for a good price. The staff there is nice and the team knows that they are doing, so they work is always top-notch.

They are a very good company if you need work done to your landscaping, whether it be at your home or at your business. They have professional equipment and a great tea, so they have amazing results that can make your lawn look better than it ever has before!

I regularly get landscaping services done on my yard to keep it in top condition. I've hired many landscapers in the past, but The Billy Goat has been the best one by far. My yard has never looked better, and at such a great price!

I called for service at The Coconut Grove Sailing Club and we are so pleased with the Billy Goat! Great prices, prompt service, lovely staff and GREATTTT work! Definitely recommend for commercial landscaping jobs and maintenance.

Called this business that came highly recommended by friends. The first time I called and left my name for someone to come out for a quote they lost my information. Called a 2nd time was told Jason would be coming out to give me an estimate. Estimate day rolls around and Danny is the one that came out. Nice guy, seemed to know what he was talking about. Danny sent us 2 estimates for our small yard.

They came in a little high but they also came highly recommended. A week after we recieve the estimates I call to speak to Danny and am told he's not there but they will have Jason call me. I'm still waiting for that call. In the meantime I've had another group come out for an estimate because I got tired of waiting for The Billy Goat.
