Todd is a great professional and Natasha from his office is a real sweetheart. Todd has been very gracious and patient as he gave me credit for my deposit for more than a year (first I had to get some work done in the house before landscaping and then COViD hit with all the issues of quarantine, losing jobs etc etc). Todd designed my front yard and his team did a wonderful job of implementing his design. I highly recommend him, he is not only a great professional but and honest and caring human being.

We have had a terrible experience with this company. Tod asked for a $1500 deposit for an estimate/plan, even though we later saw that his company's website states they offer FREE estimates. All we have gotten in return for the $1500 is a simplistic plan that looked like a computer-generated, elementary school coloring project.--Even this was weeks late, and Tod refused to leave it with us.

We then asked Tod to give us a proposal (with scope of work and budget). Tod promised to deliver this proposal to us in 4 days. After 12 days passed, we called to inquire about the scope of work proposal. Tod did not take my call and, when my husband called, he abruptly told him he'd call him back. Needless to say, Tod never returned my husband's call. Tod's office assistant promised she'd get back to me by the end of today with an update, but she did not call me or email me with any update. It looks like we were scammed by this company. Unless you have $1500 to throw in the trash, I'd be careful about doing business with this company.

This team is amazing! Their attention to detail is refreshing. You are hiring a true artist and professional with Tod Anderson and he clearly attracts and employs the same with his staff. Our project is almost done and they completed it in record timing so that the space would be done for my sons request to have a pool party for his 10th bday. Timelime was tight but they did everything they could to make it happen. Our yard is GORGEOUS and we are so happy!

I reached out to the man, who's the owner, for a quote and he said he could remove two palm tree stumps, flattened out my land a bit, throw some new sod n plant a few plants, flowers along with a Sylvester Palm tree for around 3k. I thought it was a bit much since my front lawn is quite small but decided to go with him because he talked like he knew what he was doing n the job would get done right.

He came to present my wife with an idea of what he had in mind n brought along a simple drawing my 4 yr old could have drafted up. Really showed us nothing. He took none of our suggestions and went from giving us some advice on what would look descent for our space to flat out pushy on what we should get for our own home. I had to be a little forceful to get my point across.

It took him an extra week to get his guys down here and when he finally did some project manager showed up who knew nothing of what we had discussed with him. He literally came by to take up space. When the plants n flowers got to my home they were all different sizes n the flowers hadn't even bloomed. In fact, they still have not bloomed and it has been weeks.

The rocks that we had requested were a different color than what we had agreed upon but he sold us some story that they did not come any lighter only to find out their available in white. The guys he sent over were good guys n actually did a descent job but were scolded because they did the job right like cementing the little brick border I requested around my garden.

Why the hell would anyone want bricks that could tip over. Basically the garden looked simple n honestly very basic. My wife was not happy and neither of us were impressed. The sod he laid down started to die in a couple of days because he never took the time to add top soil to my yard like we had agreed. I had to spend more on that n do it myself.

When it was all said n done he charged me 4500 n I was so disappointed I ended up buying about 40 bags of rocks n replacing what he did. I also had to buy flowers n other plants because he showed up with tiny weed looking plants we had not requested or ever discussed that I ended up pulling out. BASICALLY HE PLANTS CHEAP CRAP N CHARGES U A BUNDLE.

I ended up spending another 1500 buying all the material n doing the work myself to get it to look like what he promised it would look like. They try to give the appearance of professionalism but once they have ur deposit r anything but that. I would never do business with Tod or anyone else there again. You're better of saving your money n doing it yourself.

This guy pocketed at least 2500 from me for something I could have done myself for about than 1200. Not to mention he or the project manager never came by to see how the lawn came out or answered any calls in regards to further assistance or warranty on work he had charged us for. One of our borders caved in because the hole wasn't properly filled after they pulled out an older tree n he went MIA on my wife. AND FOR HIS REPLY THAT IS ALL A FABRICATED LIE. HE NEVER REPLIED TO MY WIFE OR CAME BY.

A TRUCK GOING OVER SOME LAID DOWN BRICKS SHOULD NOT COLLAPSE THEM THE WAY THEY DID UNLESS THE HOLE WAS NOT PROPERLY FILLED. HE DID NOT EVEN CARE TO PROPERLY RESOIL MY LAWN AS AGREED SO I HAD TO DO IT MYSELF. BASED ON OTHER REVIEWS THESE PPL HAVE A HISTORY OF BEING A BUNCH OF CONS. I PAID IN FULL BECAUSE I LIKE TO DO THE RIGHT THING BUT THE MORE TIME THAT PASSED THE MORE I REALIZED I WAS SCREWED!

When working with Anderson Landscaping and directly with Natasha, I was amazed with their professionalism and responsiveness. I had a unique paver set that needed to be matched, after sending them pictures they had the exact match ready to go the next day. I will wholeheartedly recommend them to all my friends and family. They also support their local community and neighbors and I am very happy they were the first company I called.

They did a fantastic Job and the crew was polite and respectful. They worked nonstop and keep the area clean and neat. Tods knowledge and Eye for design is fantastic. They are a pleasure to work with and the willingness to make us happy and they all come with the attitude that the customer is always Right. Anderson Landscaping has created a tropical oasis in our back yard.

We contracted with Anderson Landscaping to design the landscaping around our property. It is a standard size lot 75' x 100'. We wanted to include decking or pavers in the backyard. Tod provided a great layout of the project and was very helpful and attentive to our needs. He liked some of the existing landscaping and was able to design something that was very nice.

The pavers are beautiful as well as the landscaping. The personal that did the work were true professionals and were very conscious when planting the new foliage. I have Tod's number and would not hesitate to call him for any new landscaping projects

After months of searching for a company (or various companies or individuals) to undertake a complete backyard overhaul, we settled on Anderson Landscaping. The scope of the project included a brand new fence around the entire perimeter of the house, the addition of two new fence doors (for a total of four new fence doors), removal of a fair sized existing concrete slab, paver installation, crushed granite installation along both sides of the house, and finally laying new sod and planting shrubs and trees.

Before Anderson Landscaping came to our attention, we had been unable to find a company who did it all. We tried to separately coordinate fence people, with paver people, with landscaping people, all to no avail. Sadly, in Miami, the concept of customer service is lost on most of these tradespeople. But not on Anderson Landscaping! Previous to Anderson Landscaping we had dealt with people or companies who either didn't return initial inquiry calls, or made the site visit and said they would quote and never did, or quoted and then disappeared when we wanted to engage them with the work.

If you're looking for a company that does it all, and does it professionally, within budget, and on time, then don't waste your time or look any further. Just call Tod Anderson and thank me later. From day one, up until weeks after the project was completed and we had follow-up questions, Tod was courteous, professional, and prompt in all our dealings with him.

If he didn't answer our calls right away, he would call back within a couple of hours, if not sooner. We always felt like we knew exactly where we stood with him, and we were always confident about a successful outcome to our project. Months before the start of the project, he had provided us with an estimated start date, and continually updated us on it, and ultimately started EARLIER than projected.

His crew are also all very competent and professional, and worked diligently and completed the entire project in around 10 business days. They were on site every single weekday during the two week term of the project. It's been almost a month and a half since they completed the work and we couldn't be happier with the results. Tod and his crew transformed what was previously an unusable, barren wasteland into a lush garden oasis that we now look forward to stepping out into. The before and after photos should speak for themselves.

Todd is quite the fast talker. He acts like he knows everything there is about landscaping. He took my money and didn't do the work for 8 months. He didn't plant the plants he promised. Watch out for his contact. Don't sign it. You think it's 1500.00 then he gets 700.00 more when the finally plant the cheap plants they picked up on the roadside. They completely destroyed my sprinkler system while installing pavers. Watch out don't be roped off like me

I recently bought a new home in Key Largo. Not doing a lot of research (Which I know I should have) I called Todd Anderson. Todd actually showed up as planned. This is rare in Florida. He came up with a plan and executed. When the job started I was surprised on how hard all of his workers worked. No messing around. Everyday they showed up like clockwork at 9 am and left at 2 pm.

My job was pretty extensive and overall I am very happy. We have some ground shrubs that don't look the best but I am sure Todd will fix it. That is the kind of guy Todd is and I will not only endorse Todd but his whole company. Very impressed. Dan & Laurie

We received the services from Anderson Landscaping (design and planting) for our patio. Our soil is not good for certain plants and he recommend the best species for low watering and minimum attention on this specific conditions. Our ideas for the patio were nice but not realistic and we followed his advice and solutions. After 6 years our patio looks great and we enjoy it every day. Thanks Tod!

Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. Tod Anderson is a thief! He planted 9 sickly Palm Trees and within 3 days they looked like this AFTER watering them and caring for them. Plus, he didn't even plant them with new dirt. Simply moved over all the rocks and stuck them in the dirt while I was at work. I BEG him daily to please take away the trees.

He will not give me my money back. Nor will he remove these horrible trees. Now, I have to explain to all my guests that walk into my back yard what happened and who Tod Anderson is.

ALERT- DON'T FALL FOR HIS FAST TALK! - I think a customer needs to feel they are getting their money's worth. You definitely will not feel this with Anderson Landscaping. I made the mistake of not getting involved in the landscaping project in my house and I feel he took advantage that I was not part of the negotiation. What I paid for and what I got has a very big gap in it.

The plants were no more than 700.00 and it was 1/2 day of work. This was not worth 4,900.00. I was ripped off. Lots of money in advance for some "make believe" planning. I guess he needed to finance other jobs. Update (3/25/16) - 75% of the plants have died although water and fertilizer has been used and all the old plants that were planted are coming through the soil meaning that there was no digging. ********WHAT A RIP OFF***********

It was our dream to make our residential space as attractive as ever. Anderson Landscaping Inc., gave shape to our dreams. The custom water feature designs they did are really mesmerizing.

Tod talks fast and persuasive and wants money up front, but in our case he delivered. He built a pond for us when he said and it came out even better than we expected. His pond builders are real pro's. We didn't get a detailed plan, just a general idea, but because the workers were very creative they improvised and the results are very pleasing.
