They saved my you-know-what with some of the best professional service I've had. I was getting a home equity loan. When, towards the end of the process, I realized I needed a new survey because I couldn't find my old one, the mortgage company sent the job to South Texas Surveying to do the survey. This was the same company my friend recommended. They put me on the schedule to do my survey but because I realized I needed a survey at the last minute, it would not have been done on time for me to get my loan.

When I called to explain the problem they were very understanding, put me near the top of their schedule, kept me regularly updated and delivered the survey even sooner than expected. During the process they showed real human concern for my predicament with unusually pleasant and professional service. Literally, I may not have been able to get the loan without their efforts to go above and beyond. I can't thank Brianna and Stacy enough!

I don't understand how this company has great reviews, but I wanted to mention that my experience with them was horrible. I signed a proposal and paid for the service before they even had done anything for me, but I did that because I was looking for a company who does good and fast surveys which was supposed to be the case. Unfortunately for me this was not the case, I signed the proposal back on 29 of October and we are on November 14 and they still haven't done anything for my property.

I have called them 7 times and every time I spoke tho Lisa, she said" I had already put it in the schedule, but there's nothing I can't do because I am not in charge of the schedule " I hope they are honest enough to return my money. I definitely don't recommend this company and don't understand how people have gave Them such great reviews, it's a ripoff.

Great and fast experience. I was in need of a re-plat and I heard that the platting process in Houston is a NIGHTMARE! I called South Texas and they re-platted my property with in a little over a month! The guy I dealt with was really helpful and on top of the project. They were also very competitive with other companies that i received quotes from.

What a great experience! Ja'Tese Adams was very helpful to us. Every company we contacted gave us a turnaround time of at least a week. We needed a survey completed within 48 hours. Not only did she go out of her way to help us, she also gave great recommendations. She was very helpful in understanding the urgency in our special situation. I will be forwarding all of my future business endeavors regarding any Surveys in Texas. Great Job!

Use this company if you want horrible, unprofessional, discourteous and incompetent service. From the bad attitude of the Receptionist; their nonexistent Customer Service; always waiting on the Coordinators.
