Attempted to contact them multiple times regarding a clerical error they made on my survey that is delaying my refinance! My builder said they do not answer the phone and are hard to get a hold of. I just visited and waited for 20min but no one answered the door.

No and No. Wasted a whole month to get a fake TOPO file. My architect laughed at me. Contacted them though builder and my architects to get this file and simply never received it. They kept sending me fake empty file that 3 firms could not open it. Wasted a whole month here and finally Im ordering a new survey and topo from another company. This was a good lesson to not go with any referral.

Horrible experience! Terrible customer service! Debating on speaking with police about theft of service. They did a couple things for me and there were several errors. They NEVER respond. My home is currently on hold until I can get an answer from them about a mistake they made. The previous mistake (classifying us in the wrong flood zone) almost cost us $37,000. It did cost us months in delays, getting new permits for the correct information, and new bids.

They should stand behind their work no matter the age. Elevation of structures do not change so therefore an aged certificate should be corrected when brought to their attention.
