Horribly bad customer service, not worth considering if you don't already do business with them they don't want you. Long story short: We had furnace routine maintenance by a different company reimer heating.

Eric from Zenner & Ritter just left completing a replacement install of a Rheem high performance gas water heater. He was very professional and efficient. Completed all the work in less than a hour.
