Great service department. I bought a Stihl MS251 from them a few years ago, cut down one ash tree and put the saw on a shelf. I took it to Cresent Ave and the service man immediately took it to the back, loaded it up with fuel and oil and it started right up. Amazing service! I will go back.

Took my sister in for her first mower. Could not be any happier with the service. The staff is top notch. Nice and clean they knew where everything was. And expanded everything to her. Filled the mower with gas and oil test ran it before helping me put it the back of my truck. They even said that they would registered it for warranty for her. Thanks again for the service you guys are awesome.

Many of the customer service guys in here are arrogant and rude. They act as if it is YOUR pleasure to work with THEM instead of the other way around. If it were just to me, I would not have written a review, but they also charge insane prices to those who do not know better.

These guys are first class. I have had bad experiences with other toro dealers on the NW side of town. I went there because it was close but it always cost me in time and a lot of cash. these guys do honest work at fair prices.
