Terrible company! Sold me defective Google Max, I returned it but they refused to issue refund because "they can't resell it". What a nonsense! When I called, Marta picked up the phone, shed yelled and disrespected me. This is not acceptable! I will be filing dispute with my bank. Do NOT buy anything from this company!

I needed a good secuirty system and i needed it right away. I am so glad i decided to check out this store my self instead of trusting some of the reviews here. The guy answered all of my questions and suggest a great system based on what i told him i needed and my budget. Great picture quality and recorder has so many features at no additional cost that other stores tried to charge me for. This store had the most competitive prices and most importantly i was able to get help setting up the system too!

I stopped in to inquire about getting a spy camera for my apartment. No one makes an effort to help you. Rather you have to hang around for what seems like forever, and try to get someone's attention while they talk to each other or do other things. I get the price and was told I could have the product installed but that I could not get an estimate of the installation until after I purchased the item. Sounds shaky to me.

I ordered a lens from them that was in stock at 12 o'clock and their policy on shipping said anything that is processed before 2 in the afternoon will get sent that day. I spent 20 plus dollars for 2 Day Air 3 days went by, with no email confirmation. Went to the website all the phone numbers kept going to voicemail, which all the voicemail boxes were full. Had to do a Google search to find the company in New York and call them directly.
Apparently my order was never processed. The lady on the phone told me that my order was grouped to go out to Long Island, and I live in NH. Customer service was great and she was very helpful but as far as their online store horrible!

I Stopped in just to buy a small bnc video adapter and also learned how to program a dvr to work over the internet from the very helpful counter clerk. They have lots of cctv cameras hooked up on the walls and ceiling and can easily show you the difference in camera qualities. I priced a few cctv cameras that they sell and found that they have very competitive pricing.
The showroom is not modern and super clean, but this looks like the "go-to" place for cctv parts and supplies. Very helpful staff even though I only spent a dollar for 2 adapters.
