We tried installing DIY systems in our pre-1899 building, and without the proper electrical requirements or working off an existing system, that was a fail. Reached out to a couple of security firms, but all just seemed to blindly quote the job without taking into account all the factors. I attempted to set up an appointment for an intercom repair but they never responded to my emails. So I ended up having to use a different company for the work. A few weeks later they thought it was a great idea to send me an invoice for the work that they supposedly completed. No one showed up. No one replied to my emails. There was never an appointment and yet they are demanding that I pay them. Stay away from these guys.

My company hired Vertex Security to install new Latch Locks on our new residential project. Asaf has been great. He has been installing and programming locks for last few days. Highest quality of work. Always professional and very helpful. Had answered all my questions.

These guys are consummate professionals. When Vertex came to bid on my home security project (6 cameras), he explained the options clearly and did not try to sell me stuff that I did not want or need. Their pricing was reasonable and clearly broken out by item. They showed up on time and as scheduled, and their installation was clean and precise. They cleaned-up after their work was complete and then give me a detailed explanation on how to operate the system, including helping me to download the appropriate software for all my devices. I had Vertex Security Systems install cameras on my home in Huntington Beach last year and I couldn't ask for a better system. These guys gave me an awesome deal. The service they provide is excellent. They did a great job on the install I don't know how They got the wires through the walls without tearing everything out, but they did. The cameras look great! Anytime I need to add a camera or need help with my system Vertex was a phone call away. Honestly I can't recommend these guys enough.

We chose Vertex Security to upgrade our office CCTV system from an old analog system to an IP system. The setup came out great, the communication with Vertex sales person was good, he was informative, available and helpful, the installation was smooth even though they ran new wires to the cameras, they did clean and neat work (I was worried about that) the training was clear and the price is fair. Overall, I'm very happy with the end results.

Now I can use my IPhone to check the cameras and to view the recording. The quality is amazing! Now we can actually recognize the faces instead of seeing grainy images. I have tried big names like ADT, i have also declined vertex in the past and went with a very small shop for a really cheap price but that end up to be a disaster that cost me more and eventually we had to do the whole system again.

Forget about the fact that I had wires hanging all over the place. Vertex gave me great deal, the best result so far and they are neat and clean. I would high recommend to anyone that need the type of product.

I moved into a new apartment in Chelsea and needed to replace some of the security measures in my apartment. There was an older CCTV system in place that I wanted to upgrade and also needed to replace my front door locking mechanism with a professional keypad lock. I called a few companies and decided to go with Vertex Security - they were very professional and courteous. Installation was done on the agreed upon date and took several hours.

Once completed the installer explained to me in detail how to use the new CCTV system and the new Keypad Lock. Overall I am very happy with the service I received and the products I purchased with Vertex Security.
