I had been searching for an apartment size washer and dryer (24) and was elated to walk into Vallerios and practically trip over the pair I had been searching for! The Bosch apt size W/D was priced to sell! There is a 30 day repair/replace warranty and so far they work perfectly. The install was smooth and quick, yet thorough. I've used the W/D a few times and am very happy with them. I'll be purchasing my next appliance at Vallerios.

Great scratch and dent appliance store, they also carry high end brands such as Viking, just ask. They carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty along with their own 1 year warranty too. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, nice to work with.

Definitely do not recommend going here. Wit in the past few weeks I went up there by myself with kids & saw a set of washer & dry i liked for like 450$. the man working told me no warranty & a $45 delivery fee to literally go like 8 blocks. WELL. my husband also went in there, on his own, & was told they offer a 30 day warranty & delivery fees vary. Seems that because I "looked" like an easy target the man working thought he could take advantage of me & make some extra cash off me because I'm a woman.

Then my husband goes in & is treated fair & offered fair service. How despicable & sad that in this day & age & in this tight nit neighborhood, that they'd feel it appropriate to rip women off! I'll take my $500 elsewhere

Purchased multiple appliances, most seem to work well (have had minor issues we can fix ourselves), but a refrigerator that had only been purchased 3 months prior went out completely, causing a huge inconvenience.warranty is only good for 30 days and was told "it's luck of the draw" with these used appliances(true, but not the best thing to say to a customer with a fridge full of rotting food).

There seems to be no benefit to buying from this store with only a 30 day warranty. For that same luck I might as well buy from an individual. Other used appliance stores offer 90 to 180 day warranties.

I took my appliance (washing machine) in to get repaired and the inspection cost covered the amount of the repair! That was phenomenal and honest customer service. Not saying that will happen for everyone but they've got a new customer for life. Thank You

My father called them and they had someone come out. I was leaving as the repairman was arriving and saw him approach the door. Went on my way to take my husband to work. When I got back to the house, I asked my father if the man had fixed the problem? What repair man? The guy saw me leave and assumed we weren't home. Wow. So my father called and the guy just brushed my father off, said he wasn't coming back. Wow. Awesome. I do not recommend this place AT ALL. IMCOMPETENT REPAIR MAN.

Technician came out to check my refrigerator to determine why it wasn't cooling. Found the condenser inside the freezer iced up and immediately said it was the computer and it would be cheaper to replace than fix.

Valerios repaired my washer at a much better rate. I had one appliance repair company that came out and quoted me almost double what Valerios Appliance Repair did. At the rate the other company was wanting to charge I would have been better off to buy a new washer.

Called Valerio Appliance to fix my dishwasher today. Had a bad leak that caused a lot of water to leak out on to the floor. Got it turned off but had the tech pull the dishwasher out and get everything fixed.
