Absolute horrible people. paid them a large amount cash and they did most of the work and just ghosted us. disgusting that they would treat anyone like that, let alone a single mother.

I have used this company for 3 years and they treat their clients as family. No Mater the question or situation I threw at them, they arose to the task. My husband is disabled and they were able to automate the pool to make it more manageable for him. They installed railings and took the time to explain things to him when I was not around. If you are looking for a family business, these are the guys to choose.

You never know how good you have it with a company, until you have to stop using the best around. If they service you are give them a chance! Thank you Amber and Brian for helping my family. I took you guys for granted!

This company did a terrible job on pool install. They claim to specialize in quality customer service and getting the job done right. Truth is they never return phone calls and the quality of work is so bad I’m about to call wavy tv 10. They claim to be BBB accredited but the Better Business states this company is not. They will not even respond back to BBB. Don’t bother putting a review on their website because they will never post the truth.

This company is a scam and us consumers need protection from people out here taking advantage of people who work hard and just expect quality work and customer service and this company provides neither.

Worst experience ever was having this company replace my liner. Have had issues from the first day they walked onto my property. They made promises to come back and fix the mess and they have done nothing but hide and ignore all emails and phone calls.

First time pool owners and from the very beginning they were exceptional. From speaking with Amber over the phone, learning from Brian, they have met and exceeded our needs. They are top notch in every sense of the word, would and will recommend.

We had a new pool pump installed and they did a great job -- quick, professional, and seems to work well. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that I had to ask for the paperwork and warrantee info that goes with the installation, which took a while to get.

They did a great job with both openings we've had them do, on the technical side. However, their lack of communication is frustrating. It would be a good business practice to give their customers a curtesy call when their pool technicians are on their way, running late, etc. Multiple times now our scheduled repair has been missed, with no word or warning from the company.

They were supposed to come by this morning, but apparently got off schedule, which is perfectly fine. What is not fine was that we received a phone call at 330pm saying they were leaving our house because we weren't home, when we had no clue they were coming to the house. Better communication would do this company wonders.

Awesome customer service and work. Staff are knowledgeable, honest and dependable. Over the last couple years they have serviced our pool along with installation of our new liner and hv trouble shooted issues for us saving us time and unnecessary expenses..they are top notch and the only company we trust.

Atlantic Pool Service of Virginia is an awesome company. Their customer service is exceptional. I enjoy the convenience they offer. No one has to be home when they service our pool and the do a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company to service your pool.

They not only installed a new liner but also a salt water system and some electrical work to make my pool safer. Excellent service Brian always returned my calls. Had a few emergencys and they came the same day. Prices are fair and don't try to sell you chemicals you don't need. I'm happy a switched to them no regrets

We started using Atlantic Poll Service of Virginia Inc. since last summer. We have had our pool for over 26 years and have had quite a few pool cleaning people cleaning our pool, many of them were very disappointed, but Brian, the owner of Atlantic had done a great job. He was recommended to us by our last pool cleaning guy, Steve, who has retired now. Brian is equally good as Steve. Brian always kept our pool clean, always on time for cleaning.

When we had out of town visitors and requested him to switch cleaning schedule, he always tried his best to accomodate. He is always pleasant, friendly, and work very hard. His wife and daughter who sometimes came to help Brian, all work very hard including the teenage girl, a very nice and impressive family. Atlantic Pool Service were very professional and quick to respond to my call. They did an awesome job and got my pool repaired quickly. I've had a new liner, filter, pumps you name it installed when we purchased a home with a pool that wasn't maintained the best. We have an absolutely beautiful salt water pool. Bryan and his team provide customers service that is unparalleled in this area.
