Jim Block and his team were amazing from start to finish. They stuck to the schedule that they provided prior to construction and finished the job when they said they would. Their prices were extremely reasonable and his entire team was very easy to deal with. The end product is a beautiful in ground pool that we absolutely love! Thank you Cascade Pool!

We were recommended to this company by two people we knew. They were well priced and got the pool finished when promised. When we had any issues, the owner always contacted us to correct any issues. I really wanted our pool to have water in it by my birthday (Aug. 25) and they were there filling it up that day! We cannot wait to swim this summer!

Terrible experience - poor communication through out. Promised the pool by May, didn't finish until October. Promised to coordinate with hardscape and automatic cover companies - resulted in a costly and design disappointment. They left permit open for 2 years after the pool with "done" and only scheduled the final inspection after the city contacted us. They talk a good game - Lots of money to spend to end up disappointed and spending more to fix. I don't typically post bad reviews but buyers please beware!

We're in the middle of a build (hole is dug, awaiting parts/installers/?), and while I can't yet provide a full review, I can offer that this company is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE about keeping us informed on the status of the install. If we didn't initiate contact, we would have no idea what's going on, when to expect installers (assuming they show up, and no notification provided when they don't), etc. Will update this review when the build is complete with a more comprehensive assessment of this company's overall performance.

Our pool from start to finish took 5 weeks and we couldn't be happier! It was amazing was the entire process. We weren't shy about asking questions and making sure we were informed of the step by step process and timeline for everything. They were great about that. They also made sure we knew how to operate everything and we feel comfortable knowing that if we ever had any questions or concerns they'd be there. We really enjoyed working with Jim and the crew and highly recommend them!

I would seriously caution anyone having anything to do with this company. Back in early May we contacted 4 companies for quotes to have a liner replacement done on our pool. When my wife contacted Cascade Pools some guy "Paul" told her he wanted both my wife and I present for the appraisal, which we found irritating. So two guys come out. They didn't even remove the cover or take any measuments of the pool and later sent us a quote.

We went with some one else. Of the other contractors we got appraisals from, this guy "Paul" was the only one that called every day for a whole week twice a day on the home phone and my cell wanting to know if we had made decision. Finally I texted them and said we were going with someone else, but the phone calls did not stop. For over two months he called every day twice a day until finally we blocked the two numbers he called from.

The calls stopped for a few days then began again this week from another number. This is nothing short of harrassment from a person who clearly has mental issues and we are looking into taking legal action against this company. No family should have to endure this kind phone stalking for almost 3 months straight. My advice to anyone reading this is avoid this company like the plague.

My husband and I would like to thank Jim Block of Cascade Pools for an exemplary job! Our new pool looks amazing. The technicians, (Gus, Mike and crew) were prompt professional and courteous. Working with Mr. Block, owner of Cascade Pools, has been a nightmare. He is not a man of his word and does not follow through on promises that he makes. We signed a contract on January 15, 2014 and the pool was dug on February 10, 2014.

We were in weekly contract with Mr.

Block beginning in March. Completetion dates were given but never met. Although we have been in daily contact with Mr. Block since the beginning of April, the work remains incomplete. We met with Mr. Block on April, 24, 2014 and he assured us that the work would be completed before May 1, 2014. As of today, May 3, 2014, the dirt from digging the pool has not been removed from our property, the concrete has not been poured, and the pool water is unsanitary.

It has been 12 weeks since the pool was dug and completion dates have come and gone. Mr. Block has been paid 90% of the contract price and we are still without a pool. What should have been a woderful experience has truly been a nightmare.
