I will never use this company again. The lady who answers the phone(Not the answering service) couldn't have been ruder and zero compassion. My client is a chaplain in the military and has been without heat for days. We couldn't get an appointment for almost 6 days out and had to take their timeline of 2:00-2:30 today. I sat in the driveway a total of an hour and a half waiting on them.
The first half hour I got the answering service. She was very friendly and said she would have someone call me and she had already had my number and repeated it to me. I sat there for another hour in the driveway and nobody came. I called HVAC Warehouse and a lady answered and said that they came out at 12:00pm and she left a voicemail with the tenant that they changed the time.
The tenant nor my self had any missed calls from them at all. I asked her why would she change the time without a confirmation? This poor woman has no heat. She said that is how we do it. I said you could have called me and I could have been out there and she said she did not have my phone number even though the answering service had it. She also said the answering service never gave her my message when I called the first time.
I honestly expected an apology and to fit us in the next day. Here is what she did say. " I don't think I can fit you in tomorrow. Do you want to cancel?" I said this is very unprofessional and a lot of people are taking time off work to be here. She said well I am just canceling and hung up on me! OMG! What an uncompassionate rude person. She does NOT belong in customer service because she does not have hospitality. She is a huge reflection of the company and the way it is ran. They should be embarrassed! Shameful

AHS sent HVAC WAREHOUSE to service or a/c. The tech that came out was Alex. He was wonderful. Took his time and diagnosed our issue the best he could. When the "manager" Richard Barnes called to finalize the bill, he knew NOTHING about the job. All he had was a list of numbers that we owe him. They wanted to rewire our a/c to disconnect it from our boiler.
We asked that they just reconnect our system the way it already is. We didn't want our heat being run by gas and then our ac being electric. This request led to a very long day of back and forth phone calls. I suggested that Richard come out to see the job himself if it was so confusing for him to understand what was going on. He just responded with ridiculous accusations (we took too long to return his call), then "were too busy to come out" and even threw in a couple "you can just cash out with AHS".
Then he said he was going to talk to his tech (again) and get back with me. One week later and here we are. Never got a call back. AHS is assigning another company to complete the job. Make Alex the manager.

Excellent service. The Technician arrived on time and carried the tools needed to do the work. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing and his findings in laymen terms that I could understand. He treated my property as his own, wore booties and picked up any insolation that happened to fall out of the attic.

Service was provided promptly and professionally. The technicians were prepared and had my appliance up and running within minutes. When an additional problem arose, they promptly returned and troubleshot the problem with out charge. The problem was not related to cooling system so they were unable to fix the problem but recommended several possible options.

This is our second experience buying an HVAC system for HVAC warehouse. To say that the experiences were night and day would be an understatement. When two units were stolen off the pad in 2010 we called HVAC warehouse for a quote and was so impressed with their prompt, professional service that we quickly awarded them the work. The new system was installed in a timely manner by a professional staff and any questions we had answered directly and quickly.
Last year we needed to replace a system at a different property and immediately called HVAC Warehouse based on prior experiences. The pricing was good but Ryan did not seem able or willing to answer questions my husband posed to him once the installation was complete, and almost immediately we had system issues. Although we admit we were a challenge because of the logistics of being a long distance customer, we found Ryan to be difficult to reach - his voicemail box was often full - and felt like our concerns that were voiced were not addressed in a timely fashion. Over a year after installation we are still having issues with the system. Based on our experience I cannot recommend Ryan.

HVAC Warehouse just replaced my entire AC and furnace system. I shopped around and got 3 quotes for replacing the entire system. HVAC Warehouse was price-competitive and I picked them because of poor reputations of others who had given me a quote. They came out the very next business day and started removing the old system and replacing it with new.
Everyone in the crew was friendly, polite and professional. Ryan - the supervisor - was terrific. He's incredibly knowledgable about all aspects of HVAC and he made sure I was happy with the entire process. They also did a great job of cleaning up after the job. They were very attentive to cleanliness throughout. I had a great experience and recommend them highly.

Contractor was profession and well mannered. Installation was professional worked / looked exactly as described prior to job. During the replacement of my water heater for a new tankless model the contractor informed me of each step in the process and when the flow of water would be off. These are the kind of people you want working on your Plumbing/HVAC.

We had a brand new system installed in May. The "experienced" technician that was promised the HVAC sales rep did not materialize, and we got someone else. The job was not completed in a timely way, forcing us to withhold payment and take significant time off of work for the job to get completed. So now, our heat isn't working. The preventative maintenance guy identified the problem, which was essentially incorrect installation.
The next repair guy took one look at it and got angry at the incompetent job that was done. But he got called away and never returned. Parts that claimed to have been ordered have yet to materialize. And we hosted a house full of people for Thanksgiving with very little heat. Now, the new repair people brought the wrong parts to the job and have suggested a cheaper fix.
They have left and there is very little trust that today's appointment made in advance will result in any solutions. I would not recommend this organization to anyone. For paying thousands of dollars, we have been left with extremely poor customer service, no heat, an incompetent installation, poor follow up and communication with us and within the organization, no repairs yet, trust obliterated, and substantial time wasted. My feeling is that once we paid the full amount, HVAC Warehouse's care and attention to the quality of worksmanship and customer service went down the drain.
