Complete Appliance and Repair was awesome to work with. They were able to get me in with in 24 hours of my call. The Tech they sent out was very courteous and professional. I would absolutely recommend them to any of my friends and family.

We are very impressed with our repair done by Will! He was on time, professional, and even cleaned up better than the area was before he came. We anticipated our oven repair to be a lot harder. but it was done within a week and done really well! We will be using Complete Appliance in the future with our other appliances! Thank you!

Women beware! I had Will come and fix my washer. it was an easy pump replacement he charged $130 for the pump which I can buy at Reliable In Salt Lake for $65 retail. Then charged me $300 for less than an hour. A simple repair. I asked him about the price that it seemed high and unreasonable. He just shrugged. He made a remark about me not living in my mansion on the hill.

I do not recommend this company at all. I called to talk further with Will about this issue and he has not called back. I don't believe he will. The bill is not itemized at all. Not a good company. This is why repairman have such a bad reputation and it is so hard to find an honest one.

We had an excellent experience with Complete Appliance Repair. They were able to send out a tech the day I called. Our tech, Kevin, was courteous and very respectful of our home. He listened patiently and was extremely knowledgeable. I was really impressed with his professionalism and helpful information. I will definately go with them again whenever I need something repaired.

Complete Appliance Repair and Service has been to my home first to repair dishwasher and refrigerator. This time was my washer. Jennifer who answers the phone is courteous and helps set the appointment. I have had Will both times. He is a great guy informs you of the problem and gives you a price. Honest and trustworthy will call them every time I have problems with my appliances.

I had a new pump installed on my Maytag washer which was guaranteed for 12 months. However, a few months later, it started giving me grief so I called Complete Appliance Repair (As they installed it originally) to tell them of the issues I was having. I called them on a Saturday afternoon and Kevin was here first thing on Monday morning! He spent quality time working on my machine and talked with me and even gave me recommendations. I am grateful for Kevin and the Complete Appliance team. They didn't charge me a penny to come back out! That is great customer service. I highly recommend them!

Complete Appliance was so easy to work with! They sent someone out the next day and bid lower than several other companies I spoke with. Kevin was great to work with and talked me through everything he was doing. When it came to ordering parts he gave me options and prices up front so I could name the decision. The bill matched the bids he gave me. I would say that working with them was an overall great experience.

Great service. Had a part go faulty after a few months and they came right out and fixed it under warranty, no questions asked. Call them for any repairs!

These guys were good. Our washer was full of nails and required a lot of attention. They were quick with the repairs and very professional. It was a little bit expensive, but considering what they did I cannot complain.

Very professional maybe a little high priced but I'll pay it for the service I got. Had 2 techs Erin and another young fellow they did a great job and explained everything they did. Good work I will use them again.

90$ trip charge. Tech was nice and knowledgeable but ripped hole in floor (2013 new home) after I showed him and asked him not to and to be careful while moving fridge out.

What most impresses me is that Will always cleans up any messes he finds while doing the repairs and teaches me how to prevent further problems too. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and knowledge and safety that Will applied to the repairs that he made for me today. He came out to repair my stove and my dishwasher and he left my kitchen cleaner then when he arrived. The stuff that was under the dishwasher was scary, and when he asked for towels to wipe up the water he cleaned the entire underside floor area of the dishwasher while he was at it.

Will was prompt, fair in his pricing and very honest. I will definitely refer him to my friends and neighbors. The repair technician that came out to take a look at my appliance was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable in answering my questions regarding the short and long term health of my unit -- I informed him that budget was a factor but quality service was the primary concern.

He quickly and efficiently identified the problem, and gave me a few options for budget-conscious problem-resolution. He also had all the necessary parts in stock; so from answering the door to shaking his hand: the whole repair service took a little over an hour. I was very impressed with my technician William Jordan, and with Complete Appliance Repair Service.

I used this company for an appliance repair call at a rental. I was told of the issue on the stove and a nearly $450 charge to repair it!
