Jason was very respectful and professional. I was just given a washer and dryer from previous renters as they were moving out of state and had some available where they were moving to. I was told they worked perfectly fine. My first load in the washer stunk up my house and wouldn't drain the dirty water. He came out and got straight to work. He worked on clearing out most of what was clogging the pump.
He had it just about finished but had to take it apart a bit more to make sure everything was cleared and worked properly. Before doing anything further he gave me the options on proceeding on clearing the current pump or replacing it with a warranty pump. I chose to just clear the current pump with no warranty as it was the cheaper option for me at the moment. Im very happy with his work and so glad to have a working washer that doesn't stink up the house and drains! Highly recommend!

Had technician come out to see what was wrong with our LG fridge. We asked if he would do a pressure test. He said he was not licensed to do that. Why did they send out someone who is not licensed to perform basic diagnostics on a fridge when that is your business. $100.00 for nothing. Also when technician called a more experienced employee, he said he could check the compressor but we would need to agree to pay $1500.00 for a new compressor before he would do diagnostics on it. Sounds a bit shady to me. Basically guessed and didn't tell us anything we didn't already know. Beware.

We had them come to fix a commercial waffle iron that partially worked. They cut off a part that should never have been cut because they couldn't replace it. He had no idea what he was doing. Now the waffle iron doesn't work at all and the guy said we would have to buy a replacement part for the one he cut. Not professional and kept making things up to charge more money. They definitely nickel and dime you. Now we are out $500 and a waffle iron that doesn't work. Worst company ever. Will never use them again.

I had All Pro come do an estimate for a bearing replacement on a front loading washer. I gave them the model on the phone when I scheduled the trip. When the tech came, he didn't have the tools to do the job, their trip charge was significantly more than their competitor's, and their price was nearly double what I eventually paid. I went with Famous Appliance Service. I suggest you do the same.

My family had called All Pro to get the ice maker in our fridge fixed as it has been going out for some time and a gasket for a tighter seal on the door. We had scheduled an appointment for last Friday to get this fixed. On the day of the appointment, they were no where to be seen. We called them to see when they were coming when they informed us that they forgot to order the part and would have to postpone.
Fast forward a week and they arrive to repair the fridge. The repairman was great and there are no complaints there as he did his job and got it fixed. After fixing the fridge he was about to start working on the door when he realized they had ordered the wrong part. All Pro then wanted us to pay to ship back the wrong part that they have ordered.
It was only after arguing with their supervisor for 10 minutes that they finally said we didn't have to pay for it. The cost of everything was pricey as well. Although the fridge is fixed, I would never recommend this company to anyone. The experience in dealing with this company was terrible.

If you need AC repair, think twice about using All Pro Appliance. They installed a new AC Compressor and Evaporator in 2019. The unit has had issues since the install starting after only a couple months. They just keep putting band aids on it rather than finding the source of the issue. Avoid this company for AC install or repair. I would hate to have anyone else go through the same issue that we have gone through and what we are going through. Also, take a look at the negative reviews. The owner has done nothing to address the customer.

We had hired this company to fix our ice maker on our freezer. We had informed them on the phone that if they did not have the part, to not show up. We did not need a diagnostic ran. The company still showed up, opened our freezer, stated what part needed to be fixed and then stayed for an hour. The second guy was on his phone the entire time watching personal videos, nothing work related.
They had us sign an invoice before even getting a cost, at which I noticed when glancing at the invoice that they had put in "dryer vent cleaning" and a cost. We did not state that we needed a dryer vent cleaning. We would have been charged for something that was not even agreed upon. They gave us multiple different prices, none of which were a consistent story.
The invoice got misplaced whille we looked it over, as we did not want to be held liable for a $75 cancellation fee (from other reviews, it looks like they make up their own cancellation fee on the spot). We apologized for losing the invoice and asked if we could fill out another one. They said that they did not come prepared with another invoice.
We searched all over our house and could not find the invoice. We polietly asked them to send an invoice in the mail, and we would be more than happy to take care of it. They said no, we are not leaving until we get our invoice. We then aksed them to leave. After refusal to leave our property, for an invoice that we could not find, we had to involve the cops.
They were rude, snippy, calling us liars even though we apologized multiple times for misplacing the invoice. The cops had to remove the repair men from our home. After police involvement they finally left. I would never ever recommend this company, and if I could give 0 stars, or even negative stars I would. This was a very scary expierence and made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable in my own home. I will never go back to this company and Im even going to be reporting this to the BBB.

I STRONGLY recommend against this company. Their lack of honesty, competence, and professionalism is startling. I hired them to fix a Whirlpool dishwasher. It took three trips to diagnose the problem fully and accurately. Throughout the three trips, the technician was very unprofessional- making personal phone calls multiple times while working (probably why he couldn't diagnose the problem correctly); left the dishwasher not screwed into the counter; left a wrench at the house, told me he would come get it that day, then did not come back for three days.
On the fourth trip, the technician flipped our dishwasher while doing the final repair and then afterwards the upper rack would not function properly. Based on the timing, the new problem was nearly certainly from the technician being careless and damaging it. I contacted the company, and they made a fifth trip. They told me they would fix it for the cost of the part (a good company would do it for free).
When they told me the cost of the part, I looked the part up on the Whirlpool brand website to verify the cost. The company was going to charge double the price listed on the Whirlpool website, despite being told I was only being charged the cost for the company. When I asked them to explain the price difference, I was told it was for "mark-up and warranty".
That makes ZERO sense when being told you will be charged only cost. At this point, I was fed up. It had been two months, five visits, nearly $500 spent, and I still did not have a working dishwasher. I looked on Yelp and realized the company has terrible reviews (look for yourself- 1 star on average). I decided to cut bait and do it myself. I did not even mention that throughout the process, I was told I would be called tomorrow or later that day and never received a call back for days, until I called the company myself.
That happened multiple times. When I had the final issue, I asked to speak with a manager and was told no manager was available for days. How could that even be true? Do yourself a favor and hire a different company that actually cares about professionalism, competency, and honesty.

Highly Recommended! Washer broke and we were expecting to have to buy a new one. We called Maytag which was useless, and then we called 3 other repair places which put us out 4 days to a week. When we called All Pro, we had someone sent out that same day. They fixed it promptly. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
