Coyle Carpet One Floor & Home

Courtney was wonderful in helping us identify options for subway tile to use in our bathroom. What we were looking for couldn't be found at Home Depot at Menards so we were grateful for a local alternative. We found a perfect product at a great price. The process for purchase and pickup was quick and easy!

If you're in the market for flooring, we highly recommend flooring representative Grant Vitense at Coyle Carpet One. We found Grant to be super nice and knowledgeable. He was really patient in answering our many questions and made sure we understood the differences in types of flooring and prices. Grant worked with us to find carpet and tile that were of high quality and yet affordable for us. Coyle is fortunate to have Grant on staff. (We'd add to the 5 star maximum if it were possible. )

This was our 3rd flooring project with Coyle, this time it was carpeting. Salesperson was great, installation was too! Coyle stands behind their work as well, we needed a floating floor area repaired and they sent out the installation manager to address some slight movement. We will always choose Coyle for flooring!

We have worked with Coyle in three homes for carpet and LVT. I've worked with Becky F. and she has been on point for excellent customer service! We have had some small issues after installation, but they were resolved quickly and fairly, and that is an important factor for me. If I had questions on pricing or estimation, I discussed it and was given fair adjustments or a better understanding, but have never felt ripped off.

As for our experiences with Coyle, I would recommend their services. I have a lot of experience in both providing customer service and being the customer for home upgrades and remodels, and I will be returning to Coyle for our future needs. No one put me up to this, it's real feedback, and I hope you go see Becky at Coyle!

Carin was very accommodating in helping us to find a carpet to match our other bedrooms. We had one bedroom that needed new carpet and we wanted them all to match. She sent us several samples and we were able to pick out one that matched perfectly. The installation went very well and it looks great. Very good experience.

I would echo what others are saying in the reviews, the showroom is nice, the people are great. Carpet is great, they have super knowledgeable staff about the carpet types, selections, uses, etc. If you have questions, they have a knowledgeable person to answer the question. Staff is responsive to questions and very willing to work with you throughout the entire process.

They will even discuss what vacuum to buy and use on the carpet and why! The showroom is gorgeous. You can see any sample of carpet that you can buy, and you can check them out to see them in your own home!

My husband and I worked with Makayla for our kitchen countertops and sink. She did a wonderful job listening to our individual ideas and providing us with recommendations that incorporated them. We love our new countertops!

We had a very good experience with Coyle. Our sales person, Kelly, was very thorough and easy to work with. She made the process an enjoyable event. The installer, Rick, did a very good job on removing the old and installing the new carpet. We will likely use Coyle again if we have new carpet to install.

Teri's knowledge of Coyle's stock options for back splash tile is incredible. Teri is talented in looking at a room and being able to choose amazing color and texture choices. We went into Coyle with few ideas and ended up with a beautiful kitchen thanks to Teri. Our tile installer, Ashton, was respectful and careful with cleaning and keeping his work space tidy. Ashton was also amiable and calm and confident in his work. His changed our common kitchen into an amazing kitchen!

Excellent work by Grant and Jim of Coyle Carpet on the purchase and installation of carpeting for our basement floor. Grant did a great job of advising on the selection of carpet and pad. He worked hard and diligently to get the order (keeping within my budget) and kept me posted on the progress of the order throughout, answering numerous questions that popped up at the last minute.

I thought he was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Jim and his crew did a flawless job of installing the carpet. Working away downstairs, I thought they were very quiet and respectful of us as homeowners. After several hours of activity, all of a sudden they were magically done. With multiple transitions and some tricky areas, including an area surrounding a gas fireplace, the end result far exceeded my expectations. What was a pretty beat up section of our house (area rugs on a pretty ugly looking concrete floor) now looks amazing. Well done Coyle!

We just got new carpet installed this past weekend. Dave was great to work with for selection and scheduling and he really went out of his way to provide great customer service for us. The installers were courteous and helpful--we had a lot of furniture to move and they did it without complaint or damage.

We used Coyle Carpet one for installing wooden floors in a bedroom and also change carpets in the living room and some corridors on the first floor a few years ago We had a friendly staff member help us with the selections and excellent staff (Jason was the name of one and I forget the other person's name) who did a fantastic job installing them.

All around great experience! Salespeople were extremely helpful; installers were excellent (fast, efficient, clean, friendly). Everything happened on time and the carpet looks perfect!

Terrible customer service! Bought carpet for the whole house, had to have them come back and fix things around the doorways. They came right back when I called them to fix it and it looks great now.

Had a few bumps, but overall great people to work with and a positive experience. Carpet looks great and Troy the manager out there really puts his customers first and cares.

We got new carpet in June and in Sept. we discovered we had mold. We have been fighting ever since with the carpet co. and our assn. Everyone is blaming everyone else. However the association has checked for mold and no one else has it.
