The sales rep came to the house and was really great, he explained everything very well and also brought visual aids to help in the window buying process for us! The windows were slow to arrive but once they were here they had all 5 windows installed in 2 hours with all new molding and they look amazing, they cleaned up once the job was complete, we will be using them again when we finish the rest of our windows

We recently replaced our tub with a shower. Very pleased with the whole process, professional, on time, great work. I would highly recommend this company. Bottom line: over promises and under delivers with poor project management. It doesn't appear they have a system to track and manage projects. at all. We contracted with them back in March 2021 to install siding and replace one window. The salesman was professional, yet long winded, and the samples were of a much better quality than the builder grade siding installed when the house was built 20 years ago.

A little pricey though at $30some thousand total. The person who came out to conduct the measurements seemed unsure of the project's parameters and was, frankly, a little odd. A couple months passed and we reached out to the company on multiple occasions to get an update on our project and confirm the product had been ordered. We were assured multiple times it had been ordered and received a letter blaming COVID and production delays for the delay of our product.

Come August, (about a month before our first child was due) we were getting anxious this project wasn't going to be completed before the baby got here. Spoiler, it didn't. After multiple more calls, we finally got a call saying the order had NEVER BEEN PLACED and this was about two weeks before I was due, but they gave us a small discount on the overall cost or, the option to cancel the contract. Hoping this wasn't a systemic problem, we chose the discount.

Fast forward to mid-October, we received a letter with a sample of our product saying our order was in and to CALL them to schedule our delivery and installation. It's now 30 November, we were promised the siding would be delivered last week after continuously hounding them (I should have known better since it was Thanskgiving week) and installed this week.

I return to work in less than a month now and was hoping this would be completed before then. So far, my messages go unreturned and there's snow on the ground. 0/10, do not recommend. Will update if this ever gets resolved and comment on the quality of work and product, if we can't find a way to cancel the contract now. We are tired of being jerked around and continuous disappointment.

Today I had 8 windows installed. c Michael team was able to make my 1920 built home look so much more modern and up to date with these beautiful windows! From the salesmen to the installment team they were very professional! The installment team did the work fast and efficient and they were extremely respectable of my home making sure to leave with no traces of them ever being there. We recently had 8 windows in our home replaced with custom built specialty windows. C.Michael Exteriors, Inc. did a great job! Very professional from sales to service to installation! We were extremely pleased with the outcome of this project+would use this company again+recommend them to others.

We had a great experience working with C. Michael Exteriors. We enjoyed our first meeting learning about the differences in window panes, as well as glass quality. We had all the windows in our house replaced and the entire project took less than a day. The crew worked well and overall we are VERY pleased with our new windows. They even added new trim around the windows to make our home look fresh and clean.

The new windows give our house the added outside touch that was needed. Also, they open and close so smoothly and are very easy to clean, which was something I was really looking forward to. Lastly, we had a few scuff marks left after the initial install that I was unable to get off myself. We called C. Michael Exteriors and they sent someone to come and take a look right away.

He was very kind and removed all the marks from the window frames, and even went around to check every other window while he was here. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and absolutely recommend C. Michael Exteriors to anyone needing work done.

The professionalism from start to finish was an excellent experience when we had 15 windows replaced in 2012. It was basically two visits. And all of the windows were installed by a very quick and precise team. They were very careful and courteous as well. I have recommended them to anyone looking to make improvements on their home!

C Michael Exteriors, I am writing to give a review of our bathroom remodel that was recently completed by your company. It started when I went to Home Advisor looking for remodelers for our bathroom. C Michael Exteriors was the top rated local company for this. I read some of your reviews and the Better Business Bureau information on your company.

All was very well rated, so I called to inquire about getting an estimate. I was surprised to get a person on the line, as I also contacted 2 other companies with the same request and I got an answering machine. Your answering service took my information and stated someone would get back to me within 2 days. I got a callback the next day and scheduled an appointment for a couple days later. Bobby Fitzgerald was your sales representative that came out for the estimate. Bobby was very personable and willing to show us all the choices for materials and options.

We decided to have C Michael Exteriors do this remodel for us and we signed the contract. We were told it would be 10 to 13 weeks due to the lead time from the factory as the product is custom ordered and produced. We were told an installer would be in within the next week to take measurements for the parts to be ordered. The installer was there to make measurements within 3 days.

We actually got a call from C Michael Exteriors at the seven and a half week timeframe and the work was completed by around 9 weeks. We were surprised at the expediency of getting the materials. Matt, our installer, was very personable and informative. The installation took 2 days to complete, and was pushed back one day at the start as Matt was completing another installation.

We are very satisfied with the outcome of the project. The only issue we had is that when Bobby was designing the project he asked is we would like a footrest near the seat to allow the lady of the house to more easily shave her legs. We said this was a good idea, but it was never added to the contract, and we never noticed this until the installation was completed. Overall, we are very satisfied with the outcome of the project and would recommend C Michael Exteriors to anyone seeking a bathroom remodel. Thank you, Nancy Tanner and Paul Gloska

I just want to thank C. MICHAEL EXTERIORS.I met with them at the golf show this last year.and had some great conversations about my lake house I was buying. filled out a card for their drawing. Usually I think they just do that to have a contact.but to my surprise and delight they called me and told me I won.

C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. should be called one man a boy and a sign. The owner is not named Michael it is Bill Bergmann, so what I think they did was buy the company to run it into the ground. The only equipment they own is a trailer.
