Liberty Restoration

We've had Liberty help us with water damage from flooding on one occasion and mold removal from a leak on another occasion. We worked with Corbin who was very responsive and helpful as he walked us through the process of repairs and worked closely with our insurance when we ended up needing new carpet in our bedroom. He addressed our concerns and was very easy to work with and his crew did a great job repairing our rooms. Unfortunately, we have just recently had another leak from an upstairs bathroom and are currently in the process of working with Liberty again since we had a good experience with their work in the past. Greg was great to work with when he did our assessment. Shad and his team have been great to work with on our demo (they were very careful during the demo and cleaned up very well once they had finished).

We are glad to be working with Corbin again on the repair portion of our damaged flooring in the bathroom, laundry room and pantry, as well as a couple of walls and ceilings which work is currently in progress. I definitely recommend Liberty and trust them to do our restoration work.

Took six months to remodel 2 ft flood cut and 1 bathroom, hardly ever responded or get back to me. Left 2 pieces of trim and access panel didn't repaint where the first guys trim peeled of the wall and took the paint with it. Contractor also never verified the job was done. They cut corners on products and use cheaper materials and labor that have no business working on any house. Horrible experience these people are a scam

Our insurance company picked Liberty Restoration to help us mitigate the damage and restore our home back to what it was. We haven't gone through the restorative part yet but Liberty was awesome in communicating every step of the way as soon as they made the first phone call to remove and dry the damage. Anthony and Ethan were awesome to work with and I felt super comfortable with them in our home.

I have 4 kids and sometimes it's not as comfortable having a stranger all over your house. They were super respectful. I'm hoping the restoration part will be just as comfortable!

Liberty Restoration was contracted to remediate and repair a relatively small area of our main floor due to water damage in our higher end home. They unsuccessfully attempted to dry out the floors for weeks when it was obvious early on the floors were going to have to be replaced. All this time they were charging for their equipment and materials and not performing any of the other additional required repairs. Liberty performs only water mediation and none of the actual repairs and relies solely on single source contractors and suppliers to perform the work.

During the repair period, which took months, I was constantly having to baby sit certain contractors they hired, who could not figure out how to do perform the repairs without destroying the structure and finishes. The quality of the repairs had to constantly be addressed and redone to match the original high-end finishes in our home. Early on after receiving contract, Liberty's Project Manager disappeared and started billing for charges included in his estimate to the insurance company that they never performed and then tried arguing with me, when there was no possible way, they could have been performed the task considering the living situation we had.

Their Project Manager then argued with me wanted to split the insurance payments for these charges, when he had not even been to house in weeks to confirm the services were performed, and never were. After months of listening to their Project Manager's feeble excuses, I was finally forced to take control over the repairs and hire my own contractors to finish the project, locking Liberty out of my home.

All along their Project Manager claimed I could not hire my own contractors, which the insurance company had absolutely no problem with me doing so. I finally paid them off just to get them out of my life. If there was a negative 0 rating it would be too high this project, so I gave them a 1 so the review would be listed. According to the rules of this review, I am not supposed to mention their Project Manager by name which is unfortunate to all who are considering this company for any restoration project.

My experience with this company and this Project Manager specifically was extremely aggravating, dissatisfying. Been there and would never do again. to say the least! Estimating and billing through this Project Manager are completely unethical if not boarder line insurance fraud.

I've worked with Liberty on several claims for policyholders at our insurance office. They are fantastic to work with. They are quick to respond, get in touch with policyholders, and provide updates on the status of repairs. They take good care of our policyholders, which goes a long way during stressful claim times. They do a professional, thorough job with their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will be using them myself should the need arise.

I have used Liberty on multiple homes that I have owned and they are awesome! I usually don't write reviews but these guys go above and beyond to do things right and on time. They are always very professional and helped walk me through each job they have been on. They worked great with my insurance company and really kept the experience stress free. I would recommend Liberty Restoration to any and all of my friends and family!
