Travis was awesome! I had flooding on all three floors of my house and was trying to file an insurance claim when he showed up. He was super helpful, coordinated with my adjuster and got everything done in record time. He had an answer to most my questions and the ones he didn't he sought out and found for me. I couldn't recommend 1-800-water damage more! Also, my dogs loved him and all his fantastic co-workers and for me, that speaks volumes!

Justin, Jason, and Jaymon did so very well! They were definitely on top of things. I've never seen a process move so quickly. My fiance and I were upstairs trying to figure out some things & went downstairs and nearly everything was clean within 15 minutes. We were shocked. Justin walked us through the process & Jason made sure everything was working properly. Jaymon ended up coming and checking up on everything. If I could give a 10 star review I would. We are so happy with the results and the process!

Excellent company to deal with for our flooded basement and kitchen. Keith called me immediately, put me in touch with dispatch and next thing I know I'm getting a call from Alex. He's on his way over. We had quite a bit of damage and Alex and his team were so good to work with. Alex kept us in the loop on everything, even minor details. They were super clean too. Justin and his team are simply incredible. Professional, Knowledgeable, and Responsive. We had a Water leak from second story bath into kitchen below - Justin's team arrived with in 1 hour for site inspection. Immediately started containment and drying. They checked everywhere water might have traveled looking for moisture or damage. Next day arrived to do demo (completely sealing work area!).then checked daily on drying process.

Only when dry and meeting thier requirements did they pull equipment - no short cuts. We are very impressed with Justin and this company. Added them to our emergency contact list.

We had a leak in our guest bathroom due to a broken pipe. It flooded into our hallway and our closet. It was a mess. They got a plumber out to our house and he repaired the broken pipe. Our water pressure tank sprung a leak and we had drywall water damage. We called and within 2 hours Darren K was at my house assessing the situation! He came for the next three days always called first and gave a time that he would be here and was on time every time. He was great and very professional and gave good communication and information about what the plan was and what was going to happen.
