OMYGOODNESS! Keith and his trainee were fabulous! Friendly and professional. Keith esplained what they were doing and what was found in terms of problems. Filters were replaced-I was really grateful they did that as I had no idea where the filters were located. Keith also explained that because of the age of the furnace, it would nickel and dime us in terms of maintenance.

They replaced the furnace and coil and the run capacitor on the outside unit. The outside unit is only seven years old and Keith recommended not replacing it, as it should have at least three years of life left.

Restored A/C to operation. The service provider replaced the contactor, the booster capacitor, checked pressure, charged coolant and thoroughly cleaned the outdoor unit. I called four different providers and was unable to get a same day service call until I called Dailey. The service provider arrived within the hour and set to work immediately.

Long story short, this company uses the minimum to get by and does not make sure or care that its work is sub-par. Keith, the owner, is very rude-especially to women. He was nice as could be to my husband, but as soon as he left his demeanor towards me changed.
