They did a great job until they quick coming. Services were scheduled for May, as the month was moving along, I called to see when they were coming, I was given a date but they did not arrive. When I called to see what was going on again and I was told that they were on a zoom call and could not help me. So I am assuming that they do not want my business anymore. I cancelled their services and will move to a different company.

I use and trust Superior, they are honest, patient, and reliable, great work always done, came back when it was an extreme ant issue, wouldn't use anyone else! They are the best! Service:Bug & insect extermination

I made the switch to Superior Spray Service Inc. during the summer of 2020 after experiencing several issues relating to poor service and reliability from the previous fertilizer and pest control company. This switch over has been well rewarded. Superior's key attribute is their customer service and willingness to go the distance in working with me to resolve any lawn care, weeding and pest control (interior and exterior) issues as they have come up.

Their response time is excellent. I always get call backs and visits within 24-48 hours at the most. Their supervisor, Guy, and several of their techs including David and Cruz are extremely courteous, detail oriented and patient in explaining the technical nuances of a problem and the solution that they will deploy to address it. I'm glad to have gone with Superior and look forward to continuing this business relationship well into the future.

Larry was phenomenal, he was able to get me in his schedule quickly for my termite inspection once I went under contract on my house. He called me to give notice when he was on the way to the inspection and promptly called me after to go over any comments or concerns. My report was detailed and well organized. He was professional and kind. My inspection was affordable. I would strongly recommend to anyone else looking for a termite inspection!

Superior is the best. I've never had a pest control company take care of issues as quickly or efficiently. They don't just spray, they listen to your concerns and go above and beyond to make sure the issue is completely eliminated. Our service guy David is amazing. We've been using Superior Spray Service ever since we bought our house a year ago. We are really happy with their services. All their employees are really nice, caring and really helpful. Beware. My lawn is ruined in only seven months. There are two months between these before and after photos. A tank herbicide was (in my opinion inappropriately) applied about 2 weeks before this die off. The solution offered after a month of hounding for a promised solution from the owner was to raise my rates by 59%, along with a disclaimer that they probably couldn't return the lawn to the condition it was when they took it over.

Superior Spray Service - Kevin, Guy, and Seth are all fabulous at what they do and professional just doesn't even begin to describe the level of effort they put into their work. I read the review left by Tabitha Sullivan and disagree wholeheartedly.

Superior has been a very consistent client and has always done such a great job! He takes care of all of our pest needs and it's always a pleasure doing business with them.

They don't even deserve a star, Seth does for his understanding. They cancelled me with a problem in the yard that they did not want to deal with, would NOT recommend at ALL. Worst customer service even from the owner.

Due to the cold weather, we had some ants that wanted to move from the outside to the inside.so I called Seth with Superior Spray Service, Inc. to rescue my home from the invasion! He was right on time, and did a GREAT job!
