We first used Houston Roofing & Construction to replace our roof under an insurance claim. They worked with our insurance to help us get them to cover the most. It was a simple process and we had Dustin by our side the whole time. He was amazing to deal with and was easy to communicate with. We were so impressed with the quality of work on our roof that we ended up having them do additional work to repair our siding and repair our house. It was worth every penny. They do quality and excellent work and we plan on having them do additional projects for us in the next few years. 10/10 would recommend!

Jacey, Justin, and the Houston Roofing & Construction team did a fantastic job on our home and our customer experience was first rate from quote to completion. We bid a large and varied project including roof repairs, painting, concrete repair, and a couple of other trades. Houston Roofing was the only company able to quote the entire bill of work, and was the most timely in both turning the bid around and adjusting line items to our taste.

The work was scheduled timely, and over a 4 day period across all trades. We were pleased with the expediency, quality, and customer care throughout the process. If some aspect of the work wasn't right, Houston Roofing made it right. We can't recommend strongly enough.

Excellent project management by Robert. From the time I initially called for an estimate to the time my roof repairs were done was much quicker than I expected. I had one minor concern after the job was finished, and they were immediately responsive and addressed my concern. This is the third roofing company I've used for repairs, and by far the best.

Dustin provided great quality work a couple of months back, when I had a small leak from our roof. I called him last week when we were having the high winds and thought a few pieces of our shingles of my roof lifted due to the winds - he returned my call right away and was there the same day to assess - if there was any damage-he was able to confirm there was no damage, he showed me pictures- assuring me that all looked intact and there was no damage due to the wind.

I felt at ease, with his knowledge and experience. He is very polite and his calmness and professionalism, kept me calm and I was able to put a smile back on my face. -I will always call Dustin when I have questions and concerns about my roof, as he has earned his trust with me - Thank you Dustin!

I was very thankful to find this company and work with Ryan at Houston Roofing and Construction, especially after my interactions with other roofing companies in the area. The first company which on multiple accounts never showed and the other which wouldn't directly answer questions and after not going with them sent rude and unprofessional messages. Ryan could not be more opposite than these interactions - always reliable, informative, professional and easy to work with.

I can't recommend enough! Ryan was thorough with explanations and took time to answer all of my questions and truly took into consideration what our priorities were with the work being done. He answered messages morning, day, evening on weekdays and weekend and was always so professional yet concise with his responses. He kept me updated when things needed to be ordered and on next steps in the process.

The entire team was focused on getting the job done on time and to the best of their abilities. They redid the entire roof after wind/hail damage, added gutters to our home that perfectly match our house color, repaired part of our fence, and did some repairs in the garage from storm and water damage. All of the work was better than hoped! If we ever need a construction company to do quality work at our home again, this is undoubtably the company we are using.

Houston Roofing & Construction was extremely supportive from the very beginning of our insurance claim process. Our insurance company had denied our claim initially, we then proceeded with requesting a second inspection by a different adjuster. Our project manager, Blake, was readily available to inspect our roof alongside the insurance claims adjuster. Blake did a great job pointing out the hail damage on our roof and our claim was approved. Houston Roofing & Construction was available to install our new roof within 2 weeks.

During the installation, there was an area by our second floor window that had a metal pan that was not covered with our insurance. A supplemental claim was submitted and was denied by our insurance. However, Houston Roofing & Construction took it upon themselves and their GREAT Customer Service to make us happy and replace the metal pan at no cost. We used HRC for a full roof, including decking. I found them to be competitive with other quotes I received and offered a better option for flat roofs, which part of our home has. I was very satisfied with the customer service and responsiveness of the company, especially Project Manager Blake. We had a set back when the project wasn't fully completed when a storm came in.

Our home had some damage and Blake and his crew were amazing, by coming out in the middle of the storm to help with some leaks and repair all interior damage to my satisfaction. Rarely have I worked with contractors who take the lead on communication and handle complications with such little hassle. Highly recommend!

As soon as I found out the missing shingles from the roof, I googled to get help. I got the inspection and repair from this Houston Roofing and Construction with the project manager Justin. I feel greatly owed him for the thorough inspection and the prompt repair on the following day. His wonderful managemnet and care made me feel relieved completely from worries of the following two days hard rain after repair. Thank you for the service.

We had a lot of damage to our old roof and consistently had shingles falling off. Many companies refused to help us when we were denied by insurance. I contacted Houston Roofing and Construction and was quickly met by Dustin the same day. Within a couple of days, had a proposal ans we signed on within a week. Quickly scheduled and installed. It was an extremely smooth process. Dustin kept in constant contact and was extremely professional. He came back and followed up weeks after the install to make sure it was all good I highly recommend Houston roofing and ask for Dustin!

Woke up one morning to find a leak in our roof. The squirrels had gnawed through several of the pipe covers in our roof. We contacted Ryan with Houston Roofing and Construction. He came out to survey the damage and found several problems. He provided pictures of the damage and suggested other repairs in his estimate. His crew came and performed the repairs in a quick and timely manner. The total experience was handled in a very professional manner from beginning to end. I highly recommend Houston Roofing and Construction.

When I needed some roof repair after Tropical Storm Harvey, Ryan Johnston (the project manager) and his team did an excellent job. In mid-July of this year (2021) I contacted Ryan again for an estimate on some new gutters and gutter maintenance, as well as a tree removal job. He came out very quickly and took down all of my information. But then he never got back to me with an estimate.

I texted him a few times, and got 'no response'. He basically ghosted me. I contacted the main office of Houston Roofing and Construction twice, and they said they would contact Ryan with a message. Again - nothing. I would not recommend Ryan again as a project manager, nor would I recommend this company.

Houston Roofing & Construction was extremely helpful from the very beginning of our insurance claim process. Our project manager, Justin, inspected our mid-century style flat roof alongside the insurance claims adjuster and was able to point out all the hail damage we previously received. Justin shared each roofing option available and gave us an honest assessment.

Despite pandemic related shortages, Houston Roofing secured the product and quickly installed a new TPO membrane roof system and repaired all decking! They even went the extra mile to make sure we had the proper skylights installed. We are so happy with the results, both functionally and aesthetically. Justin and their team made the whole process simple, and the extended warranty is an added comfort. We love HRC and will tell everyone to use them!

Houston Roofing and Construction is our go-to for any roofing and construction projects. They did an excellent job on our roof installation several years ago. When I noticed repairs were needed on our transom leading to the garage, they were the only company I called. Our project manager, Robert M. was terrific! He was always responsive, on-time and just a text away. Robert addressed my questions/concerns promptly and professionally and kept me well informed on the progress and estimated completion of projects along the way.

They power washed and painted our home, repaired our transom, did minor roofing repairs, installed gutters and replaced a window. The house looks great and we are so pleased with the quality of their work. We will continue to use Houston Roofing and Construction for all of our home repair needs!

Houston Roofing initially repaired a roof leak for us. They did an excellent job, promptly completed the work, and were fair with the price. Based on that positive experience, we decided to hire them rebuilt a large balcony and sunroom and to replace a broken attic ladder. All of the work was professionally done for a fair price. The project was fairly extensive and as a result took a couple of weeks to complete, which was reasonable given the size of the project.

The same crew of skilled workers showed up every day, on time, and worked hard each day. They kept the jobsite clean and really took pride in their work. If you call Houston Roofing, be sure to ask for Dustin. We can't say enough good things about Dustin. He was super-responsive, always answered our calls immediately, came out daily to monitor the work, and made sure we were totally satisfied with the project.

From the moment we called Houston Roofing, they were immediately responsive from start to finish. Other contractors we called didn't return calls or respond timely, and in some cases, didn't respond at all. If was great having a company that had an "old school" policy of responding immediately, keeping their promises, and basically just doing quality work. Thank you Dustin and Houston Roofing!

Houston Roofing and Construction did a great job and finished much sooner than I had expected. They protected my landscaping and did a great job of cleaning up. Would definitely recommend.

My job didn't need to be an entire be roof but just a small patch. Nathan was great getting my quote and having someone right out to fix the leak! Even with a huge rainy season this year my roof never leaked again!

I contacted this company and dealt with Dave. I had a leak in my roof due to the hail storm in April. Along with a leaky roof there of course is ceiling damage/carpet damage. I asked for a quote, Dave came to my house and was late for our first appt.
