They were very professional and helpful from the inspection to finish. They installed a new roof, replaced some boards, removed and replaced gutter covers. They installed a solar fan and were very careful with my solar tubes and boots. I was concerned about roof prices. Mr Renn explained that a veterans rebate is available and there were some things to help with cost. My roof also had hail damage and he walked me thru what we could do to get help from the insurance company. He made it less stressful for me.

Amazing company. I am jealous that I am unable to develop this culture in our company. The communications and follow up is top line with every step from the initial contact to the roof inspection being clearly outlined for me. The roof inspector was communicative, timely, knowledgeable and he LOVES the company he works for. Bevon's second visit with the adjuster was professional and well organized. I can't say enough about this company and I don't even have my roof yet. WOW!

We had damage from a hail storm last year. Monarch not only helped us they also walked us through the process step by step to navigate the insurance claim as well. I was particularly impressed with the pictures they sent to me hour but hour of where they were in the process of the replacement roof installation as well as any damage that they found beneath the shingles.

I also like the black drip edge they recommended and the fact they painted all the vent pipes black so nothing "sticks out" on the roof. Their staff is kind and courteous and very professional. I especially appreciate Beth Kennedy in their office. I also feel very secure in my purchase of the 20 year warranty that I added through them. Their attentiveness is a good indicator of their response time. You would be wise to use Monarch Roofing!

Great service from start to finish. Sales person was very helpful and responsive. Office staff kept us informed of the dates for materials delivery, removal and installation of the roof & payment process. The crew was excellent from tear off through completion of the job. The entire team at Monarch Roofing did an excellent job on our home roof replacement. Communication with Kyle on the front end, through product selection, scheduling and completion was superb. On replacement day, the installation crew arrived early, were friendly, professional and detailed. Erik the Superintendent was attentive and detailed. After installation, on a rainy day, an inspector came by to inquire about any problems or challenges with new roof.

We used Monarch Roofing to replace our roof that experienced hail damage. Everything they did from meeting with us from the beginning, dealing with insurance adjusters, to clearing the old shingles and materials from the roof to replacement of new 30-50 year shingles went smoothly and was done very professionally. The crew of men, lead by Superintendent, Chip Young, was amazing.

So efficient, steady workers a well oiled crew. In one day, they replaced our old roof with a new one, cleaned up wonderfully all around the house and would not leave until I was fully satisfied with their work. Several times they went around the house with the magnet nail picker and recovered practically all of the pieces of metal. I found a few some days later but nothing to be concerned with considering the type of grass that grows in my yard.

Monarch recently installed a new roof on our home in SC. They did an excellent job. As a retired building contractor I am not quick to recommend a contractor. But in 40 years of building in Virginia, I have never done business with a more professional roofer. I only wish they had an office in Virginia when I was in the custom home business. They came out an did a free estimate on my roof, and I gave it to my insurance claim department. Outstanding folks who care and passionate about their job. They were awesome very professional and lots of laughs. The black roof is gone and replace it with Hickory, then I turned and re-painted the shutters to match the new roof. The green shutter were change to a hickory like color to match the roof and it's like Awesome.

Shane and the team at Monarch Roofing recently re-did my roof. Pre-installation, Shane was very helpful in assessing the existing roof, providing photos, walking through my options, and helping select the appropriate roof. He was patient and understanding, even bringing by a shingle book for my wife and I to review on a Saturday. The installation was a great experience - the crew showed up on time, worked non-stop through a Houston summer hot Thursday and Friday, sent photos once complete, and left the job site clean and free of nails or debris. The roof also comes with a warranty. The pricing was fair and transparent. Would recommend to friends and family!

I first met Shane about five years ago to get a bid on a new roof when another contractor told me that it was critical that I get a new roof now. Shane got up on my roof personally and informed me that I still had a few areas on the roof that needed repair, but it was still in good shape and had could wait a few years to replace the entire roof. That was good news as it allowed me to plan for the expense of the new roof in the future.

Business must be good - I called for a free estimate and was denied. The owner was unhelpful, unsympathetic to my roofing repair needs and offered no help whatsoever. The best word I can use to sum up my experience with Monarch is "shocking".

Jeff Gray with Monarch was very professional and courteous. He had someone out to inspect the roof the same day we called, and had a repair crew out to perform the work 2 days later. He kept us informed of the crews' arrival time. The crew showed up on time, and performed the work in the estimated time in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Absolutely impeccable! Our experience with the Monarch team was beyond reproach and we had issues during the work, a sudden storm came through right after the decking over our kitchen came off. While they tried to tarp quickly, when I showed our rep that rain still came through the first thing he said was, "We will take care of this" and they did, no questions.

Not only did they take care of all of the drywall issues they introduced us to some really incredible drywall and paint professionals. Truly impressed and would recommend them without hesitation over and over!

Shane was professional, honest and polite from beginning to end. He explained how the insurance process worked, all details of the roof replacement and clean up. His crew did a great job of keeping debris picket up and protecting landscaping. He also a handy man available to take care of some small repairs caused by the hail that damaged our roof.

We went through Monarch roofing to have our roof and 3rd story balcony fixed. They subcontracted our work out to someone else. Extremely poor communication the entire time. They fixed the roof, and charged us for it but did not fix ALL of the issues on the roof. They fixed "something" and charged us $600.00 but when we looked in the attic where the issue was, nothing was fixed.

They never once sent us a picture after we asked multiple times. They never came back to complete the repair on our balcony. We have called over 5 different times in a span of multiple weeks and have never been able to get someone to come back out. When we finally got someone to reply and say they would come out (a month later) they quoted us $100 more than they originally said. AND NO ONE SHOWED UP.

Even though this repairman was sub contracted through monarch, We will be looking elsewhere for repairs and will not be recommending Monarch to anyone. And will be reporting them to BBB. This was too much of a hassle to go through. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Shane at Monarch Roofing did an excellent job. Shane called with an estimated arrival time, arrived at the estimated/quoted time and performed the repairs on the spot. I really appreciate the fact that Shane came prepared to make the repair and took the time to explain the repairs to me.

Had a complete roofing replacement on house and carport/shop building. Had some wood trim and a few sheets of plywood replaced. We have some follow up work planned to improve air flow to the attic. Monarch Roofing was referred by a friend, and we couldn't be more satisfied with Shane's company.

Had a couple damaged shingles and they came out in less than an hour, did nice work, and charged a fair price. I don't write reviews too often, but Monarch was so much better than everyone else I talked to that I feel like I need to.

A few roof shingles were blown off the roof of our 1920's bungalow this fall. We called Monarch Roofing and the owner came out in less than two hours, fixed the shingles and also noticed and fixed a roof pipe that wasn't sealed properly.
