I have had security cameras at my business for many years now, after going through many different companies and generic equipment with all the headaches, now I know after having Texas Surveillance & Security come in and explain things thoroughly and install the equipment professionally what REAL security cameras and systems should be. We could not be more please with the level of customer service, clarity of cameras, and how user friendly the system is overall. I wish we used Texas Surveillance & Security from the start, my business would be money ahead instead of wasting time with other cheaper companies.

We use Texas Surveillance camera security systems at my office. We have more than 40 cameras. Occasionally a camera reaches it's end of life and I am pleased to report that Texas Surveillance is always fast to respond, schedule an appointment and replace hardware and update the systems in a professional and timely manner. The owner is very nice and easy to work with and the technical team is knowledgeable and they work quickly to resolve issues that may occur from time to time. Our system has been in operation more than a decade. I applaud the support from Texas Surveillance.

I want to thank Brian Greely and his team of professionals for the great job they did from beginning to end with my camera system. From the beginning when I first met Brian, he made sure he designed our system to fit our needs. His installers were polite, professional and considerate and did a very professional job especially when explaining how to use the systems. Brian is a great person to deal with. They have provided excellent security and surveillance for my father's aerospace manufacturing facility in Houston. They are easy to deal with, experienced and affordable. From day one, they didn't pressure us with sales tactics but rather very informative on different IP cameras and network surveillance sustems that helped my dad protect his business from the ongoing theft problem he was having.
