We have only had one cleaning with YBH, and the job was done to our satisfaction. There were even small, nice touches of kindness we only noticed after the cleaner left our home sparkly , such as the toilet brush container being cleaned out, the towels being replaced. We recommend YBH Cleaning service for anyone who wants or needs someone else to do 'all the things' that need doing, but just does not have the time. If you are on a budget, they charge a very reasonable hourly rate.

Very, very happy with Your Bright Home Cleaning Services. They came to our apartment, and were friendly, punctual and had an excellent communication. Called right before they left to let us know they were on their way. Did a beautiful job on both our wool area rug, and our high pile, nylon fiber carpeting. The rug had several little spots, and all came out. Looks brand new. Couldn't be more pleased.

We moved out of our 1BR/2BR and workers from Your Bright Home Cleaning Services did our move out cleaning. We were completely impressed by their thoroughness and professionalism - every cupboard, drawer, etc was cleaned thoroughly and the place looked fantastic for our handover. With COVID-19 and shelter in place in order, the two of them showed up with face masks and kindly asked us to vacate the apartment while they were in it - which was the perfect way to handle the situation. I love having Your Bright Home as our cleaning service. They are professional, reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced! Lucy cleans for us every other week and does a wonderful job. She often does extra/thoughtfull things on top of the regular cleaning. Last time she straigtened out and deep cleaned my sloppy closet! So great!

We have been using YBH for many years and for many different homes that we've lived in. I have also recommended them to family and to clients (I run a small downsizing/organizing business). Everyone has been really pleased with the results. We have asked them to handle everything from post-renovation cleaning to move-in and move-out, and everything in between.

We find that the company to be highly responsive, flexible and willing to work with scheduling constraints and specific requests. (For example, I am highly sensitive to smells and ask that certain common cleaning products not be used in my home. They always remember and make sure that is brought to the attention of the ladies who work for them.) The ladies are always pleasant, punctual, and hard-working. Agata, the owner, is easy to work with, quick to reply to texts and calls, and does her best to make her clients happy.

I just found out that they now accept Venmo, which makes it SO much easier for me to pay them for my own home and advance costs for my clients without the need to keep paper checks for reimbursement. HOORAY!

We absolutely love Your Bright Home. We have been with them for over a year. We used them while we lived in Chicago for our condo cleaning and now continue to use them for our home cleaning in Naperville.

Very disappointed. The woman was on time. I asked her to do the bathrooms first, then dust and vacuum, then the kitchen. She asked if I wanted the refrigerator cleaned, I said only if she had time at the end.

We have used YBH Cleaning Services for over a year now and we really enjoy our clean home thanks to them! Elizabeth is our maid and we enjoy seeing her every time! We have a 1 year old and he loves seeing her!
