Zach, the sales manager, was very informative and responsive. He answered our phone call and gave us a free estimate within couple of days. Among all the 4 bids, Mid-State Seamless Gutters was the most competitive. Upon signed the contract, gutters and gutter covers were installed in couple of weeks. NO STARS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! I was extremely disappointed in my installation. I specifically told Zack where I wanted my downspouts to go on my home. When the installation was finally done a month in a half later I came home to find the downspouts were not installed where I wanted them, in fact one was installed behind my gas meter which is extremely unsafe (I know I work for the gas company that owns the meter) I called Zack and explained my frustration and instead of being helpful he blamed me for signing the contract and told me I would have to pay double to have the problem fixed that HE caused.
He also told me he was told by the company I work for that he has permission to install a gutter there. This is totally false and a lie. He does not have permission as I checked with the Regional Manager of my area and He said it was dangerous for the downspout to be there. My downspouts look terrible and I cant believe they thought it looked ok. I will have to have someone else fix their mess and try to get my money back.

Called in and it was a super quick turn around. Very responsive, unbeatable price, and quality craftsmanship. Would highly recommend. *Edit* - Recently heard that our salesman was fired for "wrongful termination" situations and we are not happy. We still had business to do with them for our gutter covers and we will not be going through them at this time. Employers who do not appreciate their employees, in my opinion - do not deserve to take more than they get out of a hard working employee like we had the pleasure to work with.
Ethics over price is what I would say. These guys work their employees, take all, and give none. It was easily apparent when I called back to speak to our rep and he told me he was no longer with the company. Shame on this owner, their ethics and ultimately their morals for business. Sincerely!

Did my whole house in a half day. My wife didn't have a thing to complain about because they matched all her colors, made it look really nice and didn't leave any trash around like most contractors. I tipped the crew 300$ on top of the price I was so impressed. Don't waste your time calling someone else. Spend the time and money you save using these guys on yourself.

The owner Bob was very professional and friendly. I contacted him for New Gutter installation for my house. The estimate for the work was extremely reasonable and he told that they were 4 weeks out and exactly after that his team contacted me for letting know the date for installing Gutters. The work was done exactly as explained. The work was very professional. It was a very good experience working with this company and I would definitely suggest to hire Mid-State Seamless Gutters. We contacted Mid-State Gutters and Bob promptly returned our call. He stopped over a day or two later to give us a quote. The interaction was great; he was honest in what we needed and did not try to inflate the quote. I got a feeling that Bob cares about the customer rather than just seeing another sale. I believe Erik's team did the install, which was also impressive.
They showed up and did not waste any time. I took a walk around the house after they left and did not find 1 piece of garbage left behind. Another small thing, but definitely makes you want to leave a positive review was that their truck was in front of our garbage can on our pick up date. When they saw the garbage truck coming to collect, one of the gentleman pushed our garbage to where the truck could grab it and then wheeled it back. Highly recommend MidState

Mid-State has performed two installations for me in the last few years, one an original install and the other a post storm damage replacement. In both instances the installers were excellent and did a fantastic job including clean up. Pricing was extremely economical, materials the best and they did everything in their power to get the job done as quickly as they possibly could. Very nice people to work with and they want you to be more than satisfied with the results. I recommend them.

I highly recommend Mid-State Seamless Gutters. They did an amazing job installing our gutters a couple of years ago. I called recently for a very minor fix. Frankly, I wasn't expecting that they will come out to do the job. I was however pleasantly surprised when they stopped by and fixed the issue and even left extra supplies for future fixes all as courtesy. I had a very disappointing experience with Mid-State Seamless Gutters. I requested a quote online from them to get an estimate for gutters on my house. This evening Evan called me to schedule a time to come out to my house to meet me in person to check out the work that needed to be done and to give me an estimate. After going through some dates to try to find a day that would work for the both of us the call suddenly dropped.
I expected Evan would call me right back after the call dropped but he never did. A person feels like their business isn’t valued nor really wanted after an experience like this. If they don’t care about giving you a call back, how can you trust them to care about the work they do on your house?
