I hired AES to remodel 2 bathrooms that were back to back, so they were able to do them at the same time. Throughout the project, I had a salesman/point person, as well as the same 2-man crew who did the actual work. I selected my tiles and materials at 2 offsite vendors. Everyone I dealt with was friendly yet professional. The workers consulted me for tile placement, fixture placement, etc.

They were prompt every day (compared to the horror stories of no-show workers), and made sure I was happy with the placement of everything. I changed my mind on the door pulls vs knobs, so they changed them out as I requested, and they finished on time. They were careful about cleanup during the whole process and protected my furniture and floors.

The one hiccup we had was the in-floor heating in my master bath. They installed it carefully and it didn't work properly. After further investigation and a visit from the company rep, it was discovered that the thermostat was the problem. There was a delay due to the winter holidays (I was provided a manual thermostat in the mean time so I could start enjoying the floors), then they came back out to install the programmable thermostat I had ordered and I am very happy with it. Overall it was a great experience. Everyone who worked on the project knew what they were doing and answered my questions. I am very happy with my 2 new bathrooms!

We recently had siding and replacement windows installed by AES. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, and he returned our phone calls in a timely manner. All workers were professional and highly qualified. We love our new windows and siding and the way they enhance the appearance of our house. We felt completely at ease during the entire process.

Excellent work with a 5-year warrantee, at reasonable--though not cheap--prices. We contacted several companies to get estimates on remodeling three bathrooms. AES was the most responsive and, while they were not the least expensive of the estimates we received, they were the company we felt was the most professional in its initial contacts with us.

Throughout the project, they responded to every question we had within 24 hours, either by email or telephone, with many of the responses coming from the company owner, Tim Munson, himself. All three bathroooms came out looking great. We will undoubtedly be using AES for future projects.

We took a long time talking with contractors about our ideas for renovations in our home and asking for their input. Getting the lowest price was not as important as finding the most reputable and knowledgeable firm to TRUST.

We spend over $10,000, and AES had to repeatably return to complete different portions of the job. They installed ceramic floors, installed a front door and storm door, painted our dining room and installed base and crown molding.
