Report
Now the fun begins: design! During the budget process, we will have touched on this and perhaps have started the design to help develop the budget. Now it is time for drawings. Drawings are almost as important as nails. We start with listening to you, your goals, and your non-negotiables, or must-haves.

Report
Now we start construction/destruction. We will have a pre-construction meeting with all involved parties to get everyone on the same page with respect to process, estimated timeline, potential unpredictable setbacks, etc. This makes for a great start and goes a long way in preventing miscommunication and delays.

5 gold stars aren't enough for this company. They recently helped me with the buildout for my X-ray room in my office. From the start they were quick with every step, extremely professional and kept me updated with every step along the way, which was very important to me. I never had to worry about any part of the project and the final product came out perfect. If you want things done right and in a timely manor, give them the opportunity to assist you.

Horrible experience that we had to try to recover from after an incomplete sloppy job and damage to our property. They tried to reconcile it with a check for money they had no rights to anyway after threatening me. Kristi that's not how you deal with victims of this company. The "crazy" woman you spoke of that left the other review isn't so crazy after all. You and this company are.

We moved from California and bought a house thru Tiffany from Roost Realtor Company who was fabulous. We were referred to Building No 7 by her and they have been excellent. Owner Jeremy handled everything in a timely manner and does excellent work. There are always glitches, which Jeremy and his crew handled. I recommend his company. They were life savers

Job was completed. Door was physically installed. Waited 3+ weeks for company to come out and paint/caulk until I got to the point that I decided to just do it myself. After initial installation, felt like I was placed on the back burner and that company had more pressing projects to start/complete.

They did a fantastic job expanding my crawlspace and doing work on one of my bathrooms. The work was very detail oriented and everything matched the existing features of the house. They worked hard and long to get the job done and did not skimp on quality at any point. Without a doubt I'll be using them again in the future.

Wasn't a horrible experience as Eric was always polite on the phone, however to put paint on a door, 3+ weeks is a too long to wait. Takeaway: If it's something way over your head, this company can lay the groundwork. If it's something you could probably do.just do it yourself.
