Customer service, punctuality, install team, granite options, and prices were great! 5 stars for all of them. Lower rating is for 2 reasons. 1. There was lack of communication from the guy who came to measure and the install team. He was supposed to relay that there were to be a couple cut-outs in the countertops to they would have the correct tools.
He did not tell them, so they had to send a different guy the next week to finish. Not necessarily a big deal, just a little inconvenient. 2. The biggest reason for only 3 stars is about 1 week after the install, we discovered how tricky granite is to maintain, especially because of the lack of sealant on the granite. Unfortunately, we discovered this after acquiring a grease stain next to the stove.
I assumed that being brand new, they would have had a really good seal to them. Every time water got on them, they showed the dark water stain within a minute. I am constantly trying to keep them dry and am in the process of sealing them myself. It also would have been nice if they had provided some kind of User Care Guide for granite. Update: see picture below of the discolor.
After not even 2 years, very diligent care and sealing, you can clearly tell where the microwave and utensil buckets sit. They are the original lighter color. They have darkened considerably.

I ordered a piece of Black Pearl granite for my island with 4 x 4 angle cuts on 2 corners, when i get it home and go to install it things don't line up, after checking they cut the 2 corners at 3 x 3. i called and the gentleman says oh sorry, and i'm sorry that the other $2700.00 of granite will be coming from another company. these guys are cheaper than everybody else and now i know why. the guys at QUALITY GRANITE & MARBLE said they would fix the problem for me when they come out to install the rest of my kitchen and at no charge.

I'm noticing that the lack of communication is something a lot of people are talking about. That is so correct. The left hand seems to have no idea what the right hand is doing. First, we were told that it was very unlikely we'd have to change our backsplash. We were also told that the crew would be there in the morning since it was an all day job.
We called them around 10 to see where they were. They said they'd be there in the afternoon. Well, no one would be home to let them in. They ended up getting there around 11:15 or so. We told them the doors were open and to just go in. They still called us and said that no one was there to let them in. Then, they called us back to say that we needed to change the backsplash. So, we talked to the guy who gave us the estimate and he said he'd meet us at 5 to pick out the tile.
We waited and waited. Then, we called and he said he meant for us to go there. We thought he was meeting us at our house. So, he told us as long as we had the tile picked out before install (which I am having to take a day off work for since it couldn't get done the first time), we'd be okay. Then, we get a call from the receptionist or whoever she is and she says we need to get the tile picked out today to get it in for Monday.
They do not communicate with each other or us well at all. And, then she spoke to us like we were stupid and should know the ins and outs of tile work. Lastly, we have the faucet sitting out so they'd see what holes we needed drilled when the put the counter in over the sink. They only drilled one hole. We needed 2. So we called and she said they'd be out between 11 and 12 the next day.
I got my sister to come over so someone would be home. They showed up around 1 (the same time the plumber was coming to reconnect the water). And, that was only after we called them AGAIN. I will not use this company again.

Victoria and her team did an amazing job! They did everything from removing our old kitchen to putting in the new cabinets countertops and backsplash tile. It was awesome! Their prices were also amazing! Compared to every other place we price they were 20.40% less! Thanks so much for such a great job! We highly recommend them!

These people there are stand behind their works, I called 2 years later for some imperfection workmanship they did while back. No question asked! They show up at my House the same day and fix that for me! I also have them put in new countertop for my parent and grandparents house. Great job Wichita Granite and Carpentry, true honest local business!

Wichita Granite and Cabinetry redesigned my Mom's kitchen and two bathrooms. I can't say enough about WIchita Granite and Cabinetry! We sent them my Mom's house plans and they literally sent back a kitchen redesign within the hour with prices. Their prices are unbelievable. If you shop around you will not find a better deal. We also appreciated that when we went in to pick out materials for the redesign, they were very helpful. My Mother lives in Oklahoma and they were willing to travel there.

Sales and front desk help weakest link in the chain. Made three phone calls and none were documented thus resulting in an item we changed 1 day after initial visit which was never changed but were told that it would be corrected. It was called a mis-communication by sales team. That is not what it was, we communicated multiple times at what was needed. Wichita Granite did a horrendous job of meeting customers basics needs.
Best part was install team. Friendly, courteous and very helpful. The end product is great, but having to deal with sales and front desk will not happen again nor will I recommend them as I would not want anybody else as frustrated as we were with them.

I felt like I was taking a chance by trusting this relatively new business to install the granite counter-tops in my kitchen but they are accredited by the BBB and I put some faith in that. My experience with them started with a visit to their show room, which was still under construction and in a little bit of disarray. In the back, they had a fair quantity of granite slabs so I perused the selection and and picked a few samples.
Of the five quotes I got in the Wichita area, these guys had the best price. They also had the quickest turnaround time. Once I said lets do it, they came out to measure asap and were ready to install the granite THREE days later! Most other places had about a two week turn around. Their installers arrived early on the scheduled day (after calling for permission) and took a few hours to install the counter-tops.
In the end, they did an admirable job and I felt obligated to write a review since they didn't have any yet. So why not an excellent instead of very good? Meh, it was a few minor reasons. They had a limited number of free edge profiles. It didn't really matter to me because I was ok with one of the free ones. They also had a somewhat limited selection of slabs compared to a few other places in town (but not THAT limited really and you got to look at full slabs and pick the one you wanted, unlike some other places).
And I wouldn't say they were the most professional outfit that I visited, not a big deal to me. All in all, I feel like I got a good deal for the price. The guys I worked with were pleasant (salesmen and installers) and I've got some beautiful granite to round out the kitchen overhaul. So if you're looking for new granite tops, go check them out! You'll have the assurance of reading at least one positive review about them.
