Advanced installed a new AC & Heating system in our home. They beat 2 competitors price on like models by a substantial amount. When the first tech came to give an estimate I was unable to be home and he called and happily & professionally answered numerous questions. He also did not try to up-sell me to the most expensive option; even told me that, that particular model was overkill for the size of our home.

Once scheduled 3 techs came out and performed the work. They were on time, professional and left ZERO mess behind. They completed thorough testing of the system and walked my wife through use of the new system. We are extremely happy with this business; highly recommend.

Replaced my HVAC and installed a new duct system in my house that actually distributes the air evenly. They even removed up some gas lines that were old and hazardous which was not part of the original job for no extra charge. 10/10 would recommend. Great, thorough service by Tech [Kevin?]. He didnt give up until he found the source of rattling by cleaning, taking apart and installing aftermarket gasket/foam material to our units frame screws/secure points; he could easily have left the rattle and still charged us for service, but he went beyond. They contacted me through txt when they were coming and had given me reminders of the time frame. They were on time, very professional. Estimate was the best out of 4. They put in new ductwork and removed insulation in crawl space and installed new along with adding a robust vapor barrier. I am very please with the professional service I received on the installation of a new heating and cooling system. The technicians did an excellent job, answered all questions and explained what was done and how to use. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was done. I also appreciated their timeliness, and the notifications I received that the technicians were on the way. Worst company we have ever dealt with. If your home warranty company ever dispatches them to repair your a/c unit, tell them to send another company. They will lie and say they ordered the part, then when the home warranty company says they didn't send any information, only then will they tell you that they are 5 days behind on getting paperwork to home warranty company.
