Henshaw's Heating & Air Henshaw's was founded in Knoxville, in 1945, by Mr. Jim Henshaw, as a wholesale /small fabrication shop. In 1973, Nick Robinson purchased the company from Mr. Henshaw's widow. Nick, my father, turned the business into a fabrication and installation business servicing both residential and commercial clients.

The original office was located in downtown Knoxville until 1981 when we were forced to move to our current location and make room for the 1982 World's Fair. Henshaw's Heating and Air Conditioning is a family owned and operated business that was founded on the basic principles of honesty, excellence, and integrity.

I contracted with Henshaws to install all new ductwork in an old home. Sales was really pushy for a new furnace, and would call or stop by my home every day. I was very open and forward with the sales guy the entire time, telling him it was out for bid with many different companies, and would accept a quote from them.
