Vernon (sales) showed up on time, did a thorough evaluation, explained his quote in great detail, and didn't use any high pressure sales tactics. Was considering four different companies and glad I went with Berger. The gutter installers showed up on time and completed high quality work in a couple of hours. They cleaned up after themselves and checked in witj me before I left.

Company reps (project manager, billing, etc) were in constant contact so I never had to wonder what was going on. Entire process (research to paying invoice) was under a week - no supply chain issues!

Just got full gutters installed by Berger Home Services last week. Josh is very professional, patient. Let's start with the price and quality. Quality was the same as other quotes. Price was HALF! The other companies tried to claim that Berger is less expensive because they cut corners. Not true. They were lightning quick with the install and dint leave behind so much as one metal shaving. Second is the commitment to customer service. When I had a problem with my install based on a misunderstanding I was put in contact with Dani (sorry on spelling if it's wrong) to help me fix the job.

She agreed to send an associate back out at her expense to fix the issue even through it made the job less profitable for her. The Salesman Hank is also so experienced that the competing companies I shopped knew him and admitted he was the best at what he did. Try and top that! You should call Berger today, seriously.

I shopped around and this company gave the best price with high quality work. I am very happy with the results. They can improve on communication and keeping the customer informed during the process from deposit to the actual work being done. It took awhile to get scheduled so I almost thought it was a scam. It was not a scam. Just their process.

Their scheduling is horrible. They come whenever they want. This is what you will get if you used their service. "Your service is scheduling this week." There is no specific day until a day before. When you are able to get a day, then, "Your service is scheduling today." There is no time frame on the day of service. You basically have to sit and wait.

It's now 12:30 and i've been waiting 1/2 of my day for nothing. Imagine it. They say you don't have to be home during the service but I'd like to check their work during and before they leave so I don't have to deal with issues later (imagine how it is going to be if there were issues occur i bet it would take forever for them to come back to fix issues). so if you think you can deal with this then you can hire them

Absolutely hack job of a gutter installation. Approached another company to install gutter guards. Cannot install gutter guards as the gutters installed by Berger were installed too high on facia. In fact the back of the gutter was removed with tin snipes to mount the gutter as high as possible on the facia, to the point where the front of the gutter is above the roof deck.

If gutter overflows water will actually flow over the back onto roof decking. Unbelievable incompetence. So now I'm stuck with a possible water damage scenario and cannot install gutter guards. I doubt they will try to make it right.

They have been a nightmare to deal with. They installed new gutters and downspouts at my home earlier this year, and the downspouts leak in multiple places. I've addressed my concerns with them multiple times and they've claimed that they've come to my property several times, which is not true. It is very obvious that they took advantage of a disabled homeowner. I also reported this through Better Business Bureau and they're still refusing to comply. It is extremely disappointing and shameful of them.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Before you sign with this company, they have a $300.00 cancellation fee! I cancelled because I was offered a great deal and the gutters would be installed within a week! That they did! Not the 6 to 8 weeks this group offered! Cancellation Fee! That should be your first clue as to NOT do business with this company. If you make the mistake like I did be prepared to get a upcharge on your cancellation fee!

I got a bill from these CRIMINALS wanting to charge me an additional $500.00 cancellation fee and $15.00 bank charge! Not a good company to do business with under any circumstances! There are a lot of honest companies out there, Berger Home Services is not one of them! Wish I would have read the reviews more closely!

Job isn’t started yet. JJust commenting on their immediate response and next day meeting to discuss the work necessary. I’ll review further once the job is done.

We used Berger Home Services to install new gutters in our house earlier this year. Amazing people! We had a great experience from beggining to end. After we received an estimate we worked with office staff to schedule our job, person there is super nice and prompt to answer any question or concerns i had. Crew member did a great job, quick and very clean. Very efficient and reliable company. I highly recommend them.

Berger Home Services was generally very professional. Sales rep was not pushy and generated a number of different options so that we could prioritize our projects within the context of our budget. Final installation was awesome and with the large storm that came through, absolutely no rain water draining off our roof, except via the gutters, protecting the locations where we are installing gate openers and generators. We had a quote scheduling snafu and slight transparency issue between deposit payment and scheduling, but Berger was able to work with us on rectifying this.

There crew are very friendly and did a great job. Very well done. Left my place very clean. The company is very organize from scheduling to the day the job was done. My only complaint is they never gave me any advance notice regarding which day or even week they would show. They also came twice because the first time they didnt install the gutter guard that I had ordered. There seems to be a disconnect between order taking and installers. I would still recommend them, but I was very flexible in timing.

Vernon from Berger Home Services came out and gave us a quote on installing gutters (We had a great experience with Vernon). We received emails about scheduling and remitting down payment but had not gotten around to doing it yet as my husband had to travel for work. During the time that we were gone a worker from Berger came to my home claiming he was there to get started on the work.

The person we had house sitting was unaware because we were unaware as their required' down payment had not yet been made and an appointment had NOT been scheduled. When we tried to call and resolve the situation, the Manager, Maritza, was rude and refused to work with us. So, I am here to say that I do NOT recommend Berger Home Services due to poor business practices and lousy management.

Have tried to contact them before service with no response all of the sudden they are there when i left messages and email to cancel. i let them do the service because they were there. now a couple of weeks later i have a leak on the corner have sent numerous email with pictures and no response. they were quick to get with me on payment almost immediately after this job was done by email. when i tried to contact back i get an email that he is on vacation. I will see if they respond to correct this

I had gutters installed with this company. In the process they broke an upstairs window. I’ve reached out to them with numerous calls and with no response or return call. When I called again I was assured I would get a call by the end of the day. Nothing. Called again and was told the window was already broken. Um, no ma’am. This company is unbelievable. And btw they still have not repaired my window. Run. Don’t walk. Find another company to install your gutters. Totally unprofessional.

We met with a few different companies for the project, but found that Berger was the better value for our scope of work and overall needs. They were very communicative about what the work would entail and when it could be completed. Their team was professional, in and out, and met all of our expectations.

i did my research and compared other companies and Berger Home Services did give me a Great deal on my gutters, gutters look great on my house gutters match the paint almost to a tee, my only complaint is i was under the impression i would get the stone splash blocks i called and was told due to the confusion i WOULD get the splash blocks, when I call to check the status I'm told give it a couple of day's for delivery..it's been weeks already no update from anyone. next time I'll make sure i get a VERY DETAILED invoice. yes still would recommend them

On 4/22 I had Berger Home Services tear down an old gate and build a new one a little further up than my old gate for security purposes. When the 2 guys arrived to do the job, I showed them where I wanted the new gate to be build and asked if it would be a problem because my yard has a small dip where I wanted to move it to. They assured me that the dip would not be a problem.

They worked hard and build a sturdy gate, but when the job was complete I noticed that the gate dragged when I opened it. When I asked about it, I was told that it was because of the dirt they had to dig for the post and that when the dirt settled, the gate would not drag. Well, it is 5/1 and I feel like I've wait long enough for the dirt to settle, but the gate drags worse now then it did right after job was finished.

It was only a $600 job, so I know it was not considered a big job, but I was my $600 and for me that's a lot of money to have a brand new gate drag when it's opened. I won't lie, I'm really disappointed. I check to make sure the dip in the yard would not be a problem before having the gate moved up for a reason. If they said it wouldn't work, then I'd just leave it where it was.

Before I recommended this company to a friend or a family member, I'd definitely let them see my gate first. It's a sturdy gate, but it should not drag when it's opened, as Im sure this will shorten the life of the gate. I've downloaded a couple of pictures.

Berger Home Services came out and fixed our gutters on a second story office roof only accessible from the ground. They were very quick to respond, their crew was fantastic, and the entire process was very easy. I'd highly recommend them!

Got the gutters installed fine and left gutters they are charging me to clean full. I called and ask why and I got the Sorry we will send some back out. Two days later someone comes to clean them, someone they hired that has his own business to clean them and he did not clean them very good. At the end he gave me his own business card and they charged me $1320.00 to just clean the gutters. If I had know that I would have used the company I used last year as the only charged $400.00.

I had a great experience with Berger Home Service. The gutter installation was priced fair and the work was done professionally. Great job guys!
