Awful! After I called First Class Plumbing of Florida for a broken pipe in the front yard, I quickly realized that they are a company that takes advantage of consumers in any way that they can. I sat and watched the employee repair a simple fix, leave without giving me a bill, and later find out they over charged for EVERY part used.

These people are the WORST people I have encountered in Naples. I made a BIG mistake calling them. Their service tech was rude and arrogant. In the end, they wanted to charge me almost $250 to fix a 1.25 PVC line.
