They get 5 stars on price. They beat 8 other quotes significantly. Their leed time beat the competitors by 8 weeks and they even beat their time by a week for what they told me which was awesome. Quality gets a 4 star from me personally. It's a wood fence and they nailed all the boards in and for anyone who has done any construction or ever had a wood fence you will know that the boards are going to warp eventually and the nails are going to pop and allow it to warp quicker that a screw that would be able to hold it in longer.

Now that is also on me to keep my fence sealed season after season but the nails will pop much sooner. Also one of the 2x4's to set the boards to was set at a crazy angle, not like a 45 more like 60 degree angle. Very random and not level compared to the rest of the fence. Everything else was very well handcrafted. Boards are all straight, and spaced well. 4x4's are level except one that was warped but that's just a bad 4x4 and I can live with that.

Overall I would recommend them, but if I was to give them any advice it would be, "if your going to put your name plate on a fence crafted by you then you should make sure the quality is how you want your name to be associated with."

Came out did a good estimate and the fence looked good at first, but as time went on the gates started falling off, and boards have warped. And some of the post weren't drove far enough into the ground. Sales team does a good job but construction leaves a lot to be desired. We have had the fence about a year now and we aren't pleased with all the patching and fixes we have had to do ourselves

Don't waste your time, I wanted a rod iron/aluminum fence gate repaired. They wouldn't even come out for an estimate, Instead a representative sent a text that said, "we wouldn't be a good fit, can we refer you to another company." Awesome customer service.

I did several fence estimates and the reason I choose HOA is because Dennis Baker the sales person and Amy the account manager knew exactly what they were talking about. From the estimate to final product both Dennis and Amy answered all my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. The team that came out for the install were professional, polite and did an excellent job.

From estimate on the spot the day their rep came out to measure (which was less than a week after I left an email request on their website, ) to their ability to work with my work schedule and come early in the morning, getting the fence installed within a month of initial estimate, and leaving hardly a trace that they had been there (except for the fence, of course, ) We couldn't be happier. I recently hired HOA Affordable Fence Company to install a new wrought iron fence at my newly constructed home. HOA was able to give me a quote quickly and started the job on my fence in such a shorter amount of time than other companies. I had a part of the fence that needed some work afterwards and once I got in contact with them they were super responsive and there the next day to fix the issue. Affordable was by far the cheapest quote we got, and did an excellent job. Communication with Brandon was great, and his guys came out and finished our fence in a just a few days. All posts were concreted, and the fence is secure and looks fantastic.

Great employees and product however, how does a company misquote the cost of fence installation when the the representative sat in his car for 15 minutes figuring up the price? Conveniently I was not notified of the price increase until after I stated that I wanted to move forward a day or two later.

I have to voice the same dissatisfaction as several people with this company. The frustrating part is that my dissatisfaction could have been completely avoided. During the sales visit I voiced concern that I needed to have the dirt from my posts moved behind the fence, the salesmen told me no problem.
