Imperial Fence

We contacted Peerless Fence to replace an old wood privacy fence with a new vinyl one. There was a slight delay getting the new material on site after the initial teardown; but Justin, Tre and the crew installed the new fence in under one day. They were thorough, fast and efficient. They also came back to install additional handles on both gates. The fence looks amazing. Justin and Tre did a great job. Thanks guys!

I desperately needed a fence and I needed it fast! Peerless delivered! Joe, the salesman, came out quickly for an estimate and Karl got me on the schedule for installation as quickly as possible. When we ran into some issues on my property, Andy, the Regional Manager, was on site within hours to come ip with a plan so we could move forward. Justin and Tre, my installers, did a fantastic job with the installation even working in the rain to make sure my job was done on time! My fence looks great and it has brought a lot of peace of mind. Every step of the process to get a new privacy fence built on my property was easy and fast, even when a I had a change request. The fence looks amazing! I couldn't be happier with the end product. This is the second time I have used Peerless fence for a vinyl privacy fence. Estimate was given by Joe and he is very friendly and professional. Install was done by Justin and Tre. They were very professional and easy to talk to. Came out the day prior to walk through the project with me. They did an excellent job and had the project done in 2 days and that was with over 250 feet of fence in less than idea weather for some of it. Also, greatly appreciated them getting to my job so quickly. I would use them again and recommend them.

Many, many, many delays. Told me one installation date so I would sign the contract, then pushed it back over 6 months. Then to told me the materials needed for my order weren't available after all so I settled for a modification I didn't really want. Now not even a year after instillation, my back corner is coming apart with no response in getting it fixed. Do NOT use this company. I'd give it less than a one if I could. Ann M.

We have now had TWO fencing projects done by Imperial. The quality of the fence is good, however, the customer service and preparation leave a lot to be desired. On the first project, the installers did a good job but did not have all of the material needed to finish the project. Little items like post caps and what not were missing. Imperial took several days before we received those to complete our project. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we hired them for a second project.

This was a bad decision on our part. Not only did the installation crew not have the material needed for the project, one of the office people made no less than 3 trips to our house to bring items that were either wrong or missing. It has been 6 days since our installation and we have yet to receive a call back from our messages left to the head guy (owner? Mark?).

We will not be using Imperial again. After spending $7k plus, we would expect at least a call back. I want to add that Jorge, who led the installation crew, was great. The issues were no fault of him.

Broken deadlines and empty promises. Will not due business with again. Original start date scheduled for May 1st. My fence wasn't completed until May 27th with unfinished work left.

Worst company I have ever worked with. In fact first negative review I have given. Whole experience a nightmare. Aluminum fence for smaller yard. Fence was started 11/18 and was told a 2 day project and still isn't done. Excuse after excuse. They ran into "overpoured footers" on both sides of house. They need to make a small panel to attach on one side of the house and they can't seem to get it done.

I call them and no one knows what I am talking about. The owner has come out twice and says will get it done then no one calls me to schedule. Unfortunately I paid the balance of the fence on first day of install. My mistake. Stay away. They don't have enough installers that know what they are doing. Finally got a quote from another company to finish the project. I don't want to have anything more to do with them.

Full of disappointment. It was nothing but a nightmare from the beginning. I had an appointment at 1:00pm. I called the guy at 1:15pm when he was late. He said he was running behind and would be there 20 minutes late. I then called again at 1:45pm when the guy still had not showed up. His phone was off. I called the main office and they struggled to even get the service guy on the phone.

They told me he would be there at 2:05pm. They said he would explain why he was late when he showed up. Once he showed up, he provided no excuses. He said he would email us the quote the next day for the fence. 5 days later and we still do not have the quote. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

I signed a contract with them months ago and they have not started my project. There is horrible communication between the business and the customer and they will not update you if there are changes to your project, or the time frame of your project. They promised to have my old fence ripped out and my new posts set by yesterday, and they haven't even started. Don't waste your money.

They really worked with us to remedy a sales error. We unknowingly signed on for a "lay of the land/rolling" fence when we really wanted (& thought we ordered) a straight line fence. Jason & his assistant were saints in working with us on the actual installation. Karen also was very accommodating. We are very happy with the outcome. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the initial error pertaining to the straight line style we wanted. After that was settled, we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this co.!

We purchased a house in Noblesville, IN specifically because of the Imperial PVC privacy fence which came with a lifetime warranty. It is coming apart and we can't even get them to call us back. DON'T BUY FROM IMPERIAL FENCE CO! If I could I would give them less than 1 star.

Imperial Fence did an amazing job installing my wood privacy fence at my home! From the salesman (who was informative and polite), to the woman at the office who scheduled the install, and the installation crew.

I would avoid this place at all costs for residential fencing. Got an estimate, 3 weeks later, still no fence. multiple calls to talk to a machine. When messages were left, no call back. Kept pushing installation date.

Good quality workmanship at reasonable price. I am very pleased with my chain link fence installed by Imperial. They were on time, finished the job in one day and were very easy to work with for payment arrangements.
