Price is important when choosing a roofing company, but what's equally important is the quality of the installation. Unlike other roofing companies, Complete Roofing doesn't outsource their installation, they have their own installation team and they did a fantastic job on mine and my client's properties.

Shawn was terrific throughout the entire process and is a great front man for your organization. He was extremely helpful in helping us choose the shingles that we decided on and handled our job all the way to the end. The installation group did a great job in applying the roof and left the job clean every evening.

Overall the quality of the work was good. The after sale is where the true unethical practices occur with this company. We had our roof completed and I paid in full - $14K. They then went back to my insurance company and turned in a supplemental claim for items that they said they'd do, and did from the start.
