We had a flawless experience with Wilkerson. Bryon, our salesman was knowledgeable and professional. Christina was good at staying in touch and keeping us informed throughout the process. Robert did a great installation job. The quality of the installation was noticeably superior to other window replacement jobs in our neighborhood. The wait was long (6 months - that's common these days), but the end result was excellent.

Very pleased! The workers who came out were awesome, very kind, and worked non stop to get the work done. Everyone I talked to at Wilkersons was kind and very professional. I would use them again. Thank you all! We love our new shower!

It took some time to get my windows in but I was told on the front end exactly how long it would take and they kept me informed at all times. The installation went perfectly and I love my windows. I have a view that you don't want blocked by ugly windows and now it's perfect.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE I built my home in 2002 and I noticed some debris in my window back in December. I immediately starting looking for a repair rather than replace. I had just completed a major renovation and new windows were not in the budget at that time. I had a glass company come out to give an estimate on replacing the glass in a couple of sashes.

After inspecting all of my sashes, there were 16 sashes with similar issues. I received an estimate to replace the glass in all of them for $ 4500. I did nothing at that time but with spring here, I wanted to revisit the repair. I was hoping to be able to bureplace the entire sash if possible. Yesterday, I called Wilkerson Windows and Gutters to inquire about a solution.

The young lady on the phone was very nice and suggested that she have someone come out to look at the widows and give a free estimate. Today, promptly at the appointment time, Stephen arrives. He listened carefully as I gave him the background of my repair journey. I said that I really would prefer to replace only the sash if possible. He made it clear that he was here to help with the best solution for me, not just to sell me something.

Upon inspection of the sash, he found the model and told me that the window could still be under warranty. He found the company that made the window, did some Google searches and found the customer service number. I called the company and my window are under warranty until the end of this year. I was able to start a claim and I will get new sashes delivered.

Before Stephen's visit I couldn't find information on the window. And I would never have thought of a warranty. Although, I do not need to buy windows now, thanks to Stephen. This company will certainly get my future business for gutters, siding or any other project in the future. Thanks so much! this was Customer Service Excellence for sure!

The work was complete, and professionally done. Our only complaint is that the job took much longer than it should have, likely due to personnel problems (COVID and all). Some days there was only one person working, some days no one showed up at all. But when I called the company with concerns, they got right on it and had a crew chief out and on site every day till the job was done.

We had a very good experience with Wilkerson Windows and Guttering. James, an excellent contractor for Wilkerson's, was at our home for seven weeks removing the existing exterior and replacing with the Ascend composite cladding product. We were not disappointed with the work or with the product we chose. James was able to meet problems head on and solve them with great results.

We feel that we were given a fresh start with our home's exterior. Now, just looking forward to enjoying our home for years to come. Highly recommend this company with James at the helm of the project.

Our gutters look amazing. The staff took care of the installation very professionally. Everyone was always available if we had questions. We highly recommend!

Had a walk in shower installed and it looks great. The installers were the best. Took precautions to keep my home as clean as could be during the install and cleaned up afterwards.

Wilkerson did a great job for us. Starting with the salesman, Chris Brown and then the gentleman who did the delivery and installation of our windows. Cristina in the office did a great job of keeping us informed at every stage from original order date to final delivery and acceptance. We highly recommend Wilkerson.

They were great friendly and very helpful and I did compare prices they were great low price. Kristine was very kind and helpful to she kept me updated on when the supplies would be here to do my tub to shower. The worker was on time and finished it all in one day as promised. Do not trust this company, installed my windows less one screen which they blamed on someone else. Promised it would be installed within 3 weeks. That was 3 months ago. I also finished caulking around 2 windows myself. Guess I'll have to find somewhere to make the screen for me.

I made an appointment for an estimate on replacing 2 large windows. After discussing my windows-he told me they had a 4 window minimum. What a waste of my time! I DO have things to do instead of wasting my time on salesmen whole KNEW he was not going to replace these windows unless I bough 2 more! I am a widow w/ a limited income. I'm really ashamed of people taking advantage of us. FYI- the salesman could have a lesson in customer service

Excellent company. I wish that all home improvement companies were as reliable as Wilkerson. Beginning with Mathew, our salesperson, Christina in administration, and planners, they were great. Our new Gutterguard product was scheduled and completed ahead of schedule. The guys who installed our gutters were professional and did an excellent job in installation and cleanup. I would highly recommend Wilkerson for quality and piece of mind.

My fiancee and I met with Chelsea Crabtree to discuss replacing current shower and adding gutter leaf filters. She knows her business! We enjoyed visiting with her and looking forward to the work being done.

One of the down spouts was not draining water from the new gutters we had installed. I called and Jeremy came out. He climbed up to the 2nd story gutter, and discovered a wasp nest blocking it. Problem solved. He was very friendly and very competent. I don't think there is enough money in the world to get me to climb that high on a skinny little ladder and remove a live wasp's nest. My hat is off to Jeremy and Wilkerson Windows and Gutters.

James jones worked on our siding and he was the most respectful person who has ever helped us. We are so thankful for him and taking his time and getting things done perfectly. He put in every effort he had and never complained at all. He always said good morning and always had a nice and friendly attitude.

Extremely Poor followup service! Do not recommend. Ordered multiple windows to have installed in our house. One window was broken when installed. Promised replacement. Six weeks later replacement came but was fabricated incorrectly. Promised new replacement. Six weeks later just told replacement has not been ordered. Also, j-channel on siding damaged during installation. Getting major runaround from Wilkersons. Stay clear of them!

Wilkerson Window offers a terrific product that is conscientiously installed. From beginning to end of the process, I been very pleased with my Wind-core Series windows which have made a world of difference this winter. My sales Rep was Chelsea Crabtree who really knows her product and a delight to work with. Planning on having her out to look at my gutters soon.

Chelsea Crabtree helped us first with our roof and now she is helping us with our windows. The level of expertise is unmatched. She is so friendly and personal she arrived at our home and provided us with all our options and told us exactly what we could expect and answered any questions that we had. Because of Chelsea we will continue to use Wilkerson she has made us feel like part of the Wilkerson family and I can't begin to thank her enough for everything she has already done and continues to do for our family. My experience with Wilkerson Windows has been excellent from the first contact with them. Sales person, Chelsea was very helpful, professional and honest. The installation people did a great job! I never knew they were there, they cleaned up and explained the process to me. They were very polite. Would definitely recommend Wilkerson to my friends and family. Pricing was much better than the competition.
