Charlotte Mechanical and their their A1 technician Kris saved the day! We had no air for 2 days in this sweltering 100 degree heat and another company treated us poorly and never completed fixing our unit leaving us hanging. We called Charlotte Mechanical. Kris came right out same day, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had the air working within the hour.

He thoroughly explained what was wrong, what he was doing to fix it and showed us step by step. Never once did he complain working outside in 100 degree heat to fix the unit and instead remained cheerful and laughing with us. We will now only use Charlotte Mechanical and signed on to the service plan. Kris is our Superman today!

Our experience with the entire staff was amazing, from office personnel, to our technician Cole. He was informative, honest, and thorough. He explained everything we needed to know upfront. The support staff was amazing. Everyone delivered excellent service overall. I would definitely recommend them, and return should we need assistance again.

Called Charlotte Mechanical and Sidney was very helpful and dispatched Kris to look at our a/c condensor fan motor. Our A/C went out the other day, so we called Charlotte Mechanical for help. The company was very responsive. Our tech was Kris, and from the beginning he was very professional from the start. He was able to diagnose the problem promptly. Had very good knowledge of the work he was doing and was able to explain everything to me so I could understand.

He fixed the A/C for us in a timely manner and made sure to clean up any mess he had. I would highly recommend this company and if you can get Kris as your tech thats even better.

My wife and I live in an apartment complex who uses Charlotte Mechanical. Our AC went out during the hottest week of the year and it was determined that we needed extensive repair on our HVAC system. Kris and Cole showed up to our apartment right on schedule and provided quick, professional, and friendly service. We couldn't have had a better experience in a tough situation!

My A/C was running for hours but the house was so hot. I made a mistake and called a competitor. After recovering from the shell shock of a crazy high quote for a full coil replacement for my 8 y/o system, I decided to call Charlotte Mechanical for a 2nd opinion and quote. They made it out within a couple hours of my call. Instead of pushing for me to replace my unit for $4k Cole recommended an easy fix and talked through my options and his recommendations.

Within the next hour he had my A/C pumping cold air again. My bf has been using Chalotte Mechanical for years and they recently replaced his 30 year old system. They gave him quote options, and all very fair. Super impressed with their customer service, speed, and not trying to scare thousands of dollars out of their customers. I gladly canceled my maintenance plan with the competitor and signed up with them instead. Highly recommend!

We asked the team at Charlotte Mechanical for ways to improve indoor air quality in our home. Kris reviewed our HVAC system and clearly outlined solutions that would help us achieve this goal. We did our follow up research and scheduled the installation of our selections with the main office. Kris returned to perform the installation, communicated in advance that he was on his way, and arrived on time.

Everything was completed exactly as we requested. We're pleased with the improvements and would recommend Charlotte Mechanical for anyone looking to achieve something similar!

Fantastic service from Charlotte Mechanical. The company that installed the system in our home could not get to us for almost a week and the system is only two years old. I call Charlotte Mechanical in the afternoon and talked to Jacob, he gave me things to check to see if it was something simple, once we eliminated those things he scheduled the service guys for first thing the next morning.

The service tech called me first thing and let me know he was 30 minutes away, when he arrived a second tech showed up as well. Tomas and Cole went right to work and carefully explained what they were doing and were able to find my problem. After the repairs were completed they cleaned everything and waited to make sure everything was working properly.

I was so impressed with the level of service I enrolled in a service Contract to have the units serviced twice a year. Bottom line Charlotte Mechanical did a fantastic job where the original installer did not seem to have the ability to service what they had sold. Ken Bickett Charlotte NC

Horrible HVAC company techs don't know how to fixes stuff supervisers are no help can't talk to anybody that can help you never call people back.

I recently had Charlotte Mechanical install a new Heating & Air Conditioning unit in my home. The product I purchased was a TRANE. The sales rep. who assisted me in my decision, was honest, wholesome, & not at all pushy or condescending as some sales reps can be.

On June 8th I called to schedule for air conditioning service and I was given an appointment for July 1st, with a window of 8am to 10am. I called at 10:30, because nobody called or showed up and I was told by a lady named Emily that an account was set up for me, but there was no appointment in the system for me.

We had a pretty standard water heater replaced. It took about 3 hours. The Tech was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and left things looking better than when he arrived! They seem very trustworthy.

It was nice to find a company that was honest about what was wrong with our system. We thought we would have to spend $$$ to purchase a new system but the tech told us it was simple fix that required a part that he had on his truck.

Very happy to have been referred to Charlotte Mechanical! I have had them come out 2 times -- the first for a plumbing leak I thought I had and the 2nd because my AC stopped working. Both times, the serviceman was completely straightforward, honest and gave me solutions to my problems.
