Do not waste your time with Ace Glass. They will give you the run around while your business or home is at risk. We had a break in at our store front. They flat out refused to help us for no good reason. I spoke with the manager and he simply stated, "it's not worth our time". What does that even mean. That is terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THEM, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

We had a little bigger than a quarter-sized crack in the windshield. Ace was able to get me in, repair the damage and leave within 30 minutes. There is still a very small pockmark in the glass, but the repair fixed the crack and prevented it from getting larger.

They were able to set up an appointment the next day to replace my windshield. The staff and workers were great. We have a second windshield that needs to be replaced and they will be doing it also when the time comes. The price was also good but the service is what sold me.

Chris is Rude. (We can verify this by reading other reviews posted here.) He legit said that he charges bigger companies MORE MONEY for the same job because they can afford it. I got way overcharged for the job. $3500 +tax for a door and hinge install in CASH. No hydraulic door closer included in this price. It was destroyed too in the break in. I own a small business in town, we just got broken in to and robbed. Chris is the guy that fixed the door.

There is a door there. It is a good door, but Chris basically just kicked me while I was down. And still have no Hydraulic door closer. Try BB GLASS or 24hr door repair. WAY more friendly and way more affordable. legit DO NOT GO HERE!

After dealing with a busted window regulator on my SUV for 2 hours, I threw in the towel. I called Ace the day before and Robert told me to show up any time the next morning. Got checked in and pulled my car into a bay right away. From start to finish it took 30 minutes. No BS. There were 3 other cars that were serviced in the same time frame before I even left the parking lot. Excellent service. Competitively priced. I will highly recommend you guys in the future. Thanks!

Today I shattered my back windshield. I am so glad I called around and found Ace. Safelite gave me a quote of $600 and said they could do it wednesday. but I was out of Ace in 30 minutes for about $260. Really good staff. They were professional, vaccumed up the broken glass for me and even glued in a seal that was popping out on my front windshield! I don't think I will go anywhere else in the future. hopefully i don't need to though!

After a window in my home got badly damaged in an accident, I called Ace to secure it, as we were leaving soon. A couple guys from Ace arrived within about 20 minutes and quickly boarded up the window so we could leave.

These guys have been my glass folks for years. I recently got a new windshield for my truck. A few days later when the sun finally came out I noticed that it looked really dirty. I cleaned and cleaned but it wasn't getting any better.
