Fisk did a fantastic job re-doing our backyard! They completely cleared everything out down to dirt, installed a section of beautiful turf, a stone paver patio area, and then rock everywhere else. They did exactly what we asked for in a timely manner, were courteous, and did a beautiful job! Would definitely recommend for your backyard makeover!

We hired Fisk Lawnscapes to do a complete landscaping job for our new build. Ryan was the only estimator that came out and captured my vision and really took the time to listen to my needs. He came up with an incredible design and we could not be happier. Xion and his crew were completely professional and so flexible and kind. The space Fisk created for us is truly incredible and we love spending time in our backyard now.

I hired Fisk for property maintenance on a commercial property that I manage. They were horrible. They removed sod and installed rock. They couldn't even keep the weeds down in the rocks they installed a few months prior. Stay far away. I paid the monthly contract and received the worst care

Fisk Lawnscapes replaced my front porch, back patio and did some landscaping in my backyard. I am very pleased with the final results. They kept me up-to-date on timelines (which were impacted by the weather since this was a winter project), did walk-throughs with the different project personnel involved to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction and were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

From the initial consultation to the final walk through, Ben and the team from Fisk was top notch. They listened to our needs and our dreams and sought to provide us with a landscape that was both functional and beautiful. The installation crew, led by Landon, displayed kindness and respect to us and to each other. They worked hard, were on time, and held themselves to a high quality standard. Review Update - The owner of Fisk Lawnscapes went out of his way to ensure my initial negative experience with his company was resolved, and that I received the top-notch customer service. Within 2-hours of my initial review, I was contacted by Ben - the company owner - to discuss my experience. Ben seemed genuinely concerned about my negative experience with his company, apologized, and said he would look into what happened.

It turns out that the designer assigned to my project had become slightly overwhelmed due to the company's busy season and forgot to contact me. Ben offered to take on my project personally, and within three business days, I had a full design and estimate. It is evident to me that Ben and his team value their customers, as the designer initially assigned to my project also reached out to apologize.

My initial experience should be considered a one-off situation that was resolved quickly. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Initial Review* If you value timely communication and status updates, find a different landscaping company. We received our initial walkthrough with the designer/estimator on 4 Aug 20.

We were told estimates take 7-14 days and to expect an email with the details. By 24 Aug we had not heard anything from the company. I sent an email to the office administrator inquiring about our design and was told that things were busy but that the designer would be in touch shortly. Today is 08 Sept 20, and there has been no further communication from the company or the designer.

I have made several attempts to call and text the designer/estimator with no response. I understand the operational pace of landscaping in the Summer; however, Fisk Landscapes does an abysmal job of communicating with the customer regarding delays. The only reason I am giving 2-stars is that the office administrator responds to emails.

There are not enough good things to say about Fisk Lawnscapes. Both Rick and Ben were amazing! From the design process, meeting at the tree nursery, to last minute Adjustments, and Dealing with HOA. Fisk Lawnscapes is the total package. They were there to listen, address concerns, and provide excellent direction for our Landscaping. My wife and I could not be happier! Choose Fisk for your landscaping and you will be pleased with there professional service and final product.

Planted wrong flowers and tried to hide it from me; got paid for yard maintenance starting in April and hadn't trimmed hedges, shrubs, or bushes by 4th of July; came out 4 times to repair same sprinkler issue and I had to pay another vendor AFTER paying Fisk. After all these failures, sent me a bill for outstanding balance. They are RIPOFFS and I would not do business with them or recommend to anyone.

I have a backyard that was a challenge. Located on a steep hill with a plethora of loose rocks and scrub oaks. I told Rick, landscape designer for Fisk, I wanted a back yard oasis. Wow, did Rick have the vision! I now have a stunning get away with unique features that were incorporated from my farm. The landscape crew were so hardworking and professional.

They made sure of perfection every step of the way. And they were very safety conscious, taking care to wear masks when interacting with me. I am now planning a redo of my front entry next year. I am going with Fisk once again because of their great workmanship, quality job, and professionalism.

Fisk Lawnscapes just completed a huge backyard project. They turned a rocky hillside into a beautiful backyard oasis under the expert guidance of Rick and his great crew. With an attention to detail, they were able to incorporate unique features seamlessly into the plan. One of the hardest working crews I have ever worked with. There pricing was extremely reasonable as well. I am planning to use them next spring to take on a front entry project. So glad I chose this company!

We hired Fisk on the recommendation of a friend and we're so glad we did. Ben and his crew are professional, responsive, and they went above and beyond expectations. Ben worked with us to design a backyard that fit our budget. The crew was on time each day and worked hard, even in the rain. They left a very clean site, even sweeping all the bits of dirt, gravel, and mulch out of the street. Even our neighbors commented on how great they were. We are thrilled with our new yard! This is a top-notch company!

We have used Fisk Lawnscapes for pretty much as long as they have been in business. In that time, they have done a full xeriscape of our front yard as will as several smaller jobs including a water feature. In every case, their work has been impeccable and the service has been second to none. You will not find a more knowledgable business or one that cares for their clients. I highly recommend them. And, by the way, the xeriscape has done well over the years and we still love it.

Fisk Lawnscapes did not provide agreed upon services to a church parsonage. They charged $15K and should refund the money.

WARNING RIP-OFF ALERT! This company in Colorado Springs has no integrity . Lied and tried to steal from senior citizen Pastor Rose Banks after promising specific lawn services. They took her money and never delivered. Fisk did a great job with our backyard landscaping. They took a wild area of scrub grass & rocks and turned it into an attractive and usable space which will also act as a firebreak. They were on time and budget to their estimate and provided great creative ideas for the design.

These guys are the real deal. Customer service is clearly a top priority for them and I have yet to observe one of their employees (we're talking landscapers and lawn maintainable guys) who isn't on mission or passionate about their trade. I'm a very small account for this company and I'm treated with respect and recognition every time I call to ask a simple question about landscaping.

This company makes me feel valued, heard and they take excellent care of my project needs. They have earned my relationship and I know will work hard to keep it. Thanks Fisk Lawnscapes.

Fisk Lawnscapes did a wonderful job on our landscaping. I feel like I have a new house! But the bigger blessing they gave us was being so gracious to my son who was eager to help! Broderick (my 3 year old son), Drew, and Jesse worked shoulder to shoulder digging, shoveling, throwing rock, and getting dirty.

Our yard looks really good, but we felt like the overall experience had some frustrating hiccups. The foreman, Dan, was really great, nice, and we didn't really have any problems with the exception of a couple workers on the job the second or third day.
