April of 2012 is when I used this company to do the exterior of my home. From the time the estimate was received and the work was completed was 5 months in waiting. Although the work was decent I was disappointed in one particular area the paint was fading. I sent pictures to Keith (owner) and he tried to tell me it was from my sprinklers, however this same fading was not occurring where other sprinklers hit the house.

I was promised he would get out to take a look as my contract with this company states they stand behind the Sherwin Williams product for 5 years labor and 25 years on material. I am a firm believer in the Sherwin Williams product as I have used it myself for every room in the interior of my home. It was October of 2019 when I notified him of the defective areas.

Then I heard nothing for another 6 months and reached back out in a text and I was told he had lost his phone and did not have my contact info. So from May of 2020 through November 2020 we exchanged many texts once again with the same old song and dance, "I'll get there and I'll get the SW rep involved." You cannot call this guy as he never returns phone calls and texts only at his convivence.

On Nov 27, 2020 I attempted one last text showing him I had a coupon for 30 % off the paint and asked could he purchase so we could get this taken care off. No returned text once again. So I purchased the paint which cost $52.21 and I painted it myself. I reached out one last time and asked him to do the right thing and at least reimburse me for the paint and gave him my address to send a check and again no response.

Like I have seen in other reviews this guys is a total non responsive business owner and does not stand behind his products. I told him I was going to give him a bad review if I was not going to at least get my 50.00 that I should not have had to beg for. What a terrible business owner! Totally disappointed. I don't know how people can lay there heads on there pillows at night. Oh yes and he never replies to bad reviews!

Daniel Painting Services Inc was not cheapest quote, but they went above and beyond in preparation, care, protection of the property in a very expedient and professional manner. Job well done. Thank you for a professional exterior painting job at an excellent value. Roger A Repstien, PE, AIA, CGC

Absolutely Love Keith and his team at Daniel's they are a group of wonderful guys who care about their work. The attention to detail is awesome. Their work is outstanding and their definitely worth the money. I've been thoroughly impressed by Keith's prompt ability to show up and ensure that we are happy about the paints we've selected and how he's able to round up men who share the same work ethic as he does.

I explained to him my Vision and he was able to help me make create a custom paint color. He also properly installed my stove exhaust system. These men are good at what they do. Painting isn't an easy job but they sure made it look easy. Thank you soo much

We hired Daniel Painting Service to paint the exterior of our home. Keith was very patient while helping us choose paint colors and convinced us to use Sherwin Williams paint. Keith and his professional team did an outstanding painting for our Condo. We had a 17 foot tall wall and it was amazing to watch the teamwork getting the job completed. They quoted us a time, date, and price, all were excellent. We highly recommend them.

We have a signed contract with your letterhead and your representative and checks (which were cashed) by your representative. Feel free to contact me or I can contact you with further details. The job was for two homes.

One home was completed (mediocre but it was decent). The other home (which we were trying to get ready for sale), was left in a horrendous state. They sprayed inside and it left residue on everything! Not only did we have to hire someone to correct the unfinished job but we had to hire a professional cleaning service as well. Again, I have documentation for everything I'm writing here.

It was definitely Daniel Painting Service. The only reason I furnished the final payment is because they swore (Richard and Brooke) they were going to finish that evening. Came back a couple of times after that but no real progress--as Richard was supposedly in and out of the hospital. Questioning this now. At any rate, I assure you I am 100% giving an honest review.

Feel free to contact me or give me a name to contact if you feel otherwise. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Please do your homework before hiring anyone from this so-called "company.". They are not Licensed or Insured from my after-the-fact research and they never finished the job which caused us to have hire real painters (and professional cleaners) to fix what these people left behind! Some of the reviews are from these same people so please don't be fooled! Message if you need proof! I have pictures and documentation to prove they are horrible!

When I inquired about a paint job I received a phone call almost immediately. The appointment time we scheduled was kept and they listened to what my vision was and assisted me throughout the entire process. I had a last minute request and my concerns were handled with care. Attention to detail exceeded expectations and the color match was perfection. The cut in was to the highest standards. I am impressed with your commercial painting services and I recommend Daniels Painting Service to everyone out there on the web.

This company is a fraud and Keith Daniel is a scammer, stay away. I wouldnt trust a single thing that comes out of his mouth. He will not deliver on his promises.

Overall having to deal with contractors over the years i feel Daniel Painting Service Did a Fine Job. Very easy to work with. No long strick contacts. In fact no contractors. I learn that years ago. Nice no pressure experience and the work quality was detailed to the tee. I would highly recommend DPS. MY HOME looks great and thanks for the gift card guys.

We changed the rating to 3 stars. Several times I have communicated with Daniel to finish the touch ups and areas his staff did not paint. He promised each time that George or someone else would stop by to touch up and finish painting our downspouts they installed.

We recently hired Daniel Painting to paint the complete Interior and Exterior of our home in Windermere FL We received several quotes and felt hiring a company that can get the job done with least headaches possible was more important than the price.

The estimator, Gary showed up at our house to give the estimate, but never discuss how we select the color. We called and Gary said that he will bring sample of color for us to choose from. The first group showed up at our house and started to pressure wash the house without even introduce who they are.

During our initial meeting, he took the time to clearly explain all of the details of his work methods. He was more than willing to answer any questions for us. Mr. Daniels's work ethic throughout this project has made it evident that he was the right person to work with us.

Of the contractors who bid the job, Keith was the only one who took the time to ask questions like how long we were planning to live in our house and what our expectations were. He was also very meticulous in describing all the details of the work that they were going to do.

Painters Orlando made my house the best on the block. The crew leader Mike was the nicest person, he let me know of everything they were doing step by step and made sure it was ok with me first. They did a fantastic job overall, I was extremely happy with how they took care of my furniture. They carefully moved all of my belongings and covered them so they did not get damaged. Thanks again to Painters Orlando, you guys are the best.

Because our 2-story house had a LOT of cracking and stucco issues, his level of detail gave us confidence that these issues were going to get the attention they needed.

And they did! The painting crew did an excellent job! They diligently addressed each issue and spent a lot of time on the prep work. George, the foreman, even offered suggestions on details that we had never thought about, like what color to paint the spigots and to paint the electrical outlet covers. We really appreciated him taking the time to do this, as those details added a nice finishing touch.

We also appreciated the patience that they showed in all our walk-arounds. They answered any questions that we had and were quick to address anything we pointed out without complaint. Overall, we are very pleased with the finished product - the house looks brand new! You can't even tell where all the old cracks and stucco issues were. We would definitely use Daniel Painting Service again, and have already recommended them to several people. P.S.- Concerning a previous review that we saw, Daniel Painting Service didn't even ask for a deposit. They didn't request ANY payment until the job was done and we were satisfied.
