Office staff is great, product is very good but the installation can be very good or not so good depending on the installation crew you get. I had my fence installed in 2 steps. First installation was not nearly as good as the second one.

We had given up on having a curved railing that fits the profile of our patio after two companies said they could only do short, straight sections around the curve. The price was very reasonable. We were very pleased with the installers. They really had some bad weather to contend with, but the job was done promptly, and they cleaned up the area very well.

Communication is worst I have experience from any company after I made the down payment. the service manager Jeff does not return phone calls;. they only weld one weld on the top of the fence and caulk the two sides.

We had them install a fence around our back yard. We ended up loosing 1 foot all the way around the yard. Our sprinkler heads ended up in our neighbors' yards. Our fence was not tied into the other fences so the neighbor's dogs kept getting loose.

Absolutely terrible customer service. If I responded to my customers they way these guys do (or more accurately, failed to respond), I'd be out of business. What's their downside? They take 50% up front and keep your card on file to charge the balance whether you like their service or not.
