Very satisfied with the work and how quick the job was done! The point of contact, Ann, was super nice and helpful! Work was a little on the pricier side, but the quality is worth it.

I love this company! We have been using As Good as New Fencing for many years and the outcome is always stellar! His materials are far superior to any other fencing company. Pricing is comparable if not cheaper than other contractors who use subpar fencing materials. He guarantees his work and our fence is durable, beautiful, and lasts for many many years! I will NEVER use anyone else and have referred so many friends and family! Forever customer!

We are extremely happy with our new fence. It is gorgeous! We receive compliments all the time. We chose the iron gate from several options, and it was custom made. Technician Isaiah sometimes worked alone, otherwise usually just one assistant. They put in long hours and did incredible, solid work. The Houston office was frequently in contact with us, and we had no problem getting in touch with them when needed. we highly recommend As Good As New!

As Good As New did a fantastic job of rebuilding our 9' tall decorative patio fence, The rebuild involved replacing 50 ' of pickets, lattice, trim, cap and one post. The whole process was professional and efficient from inquiry, to quote, to contract, to installation. Great communication and follow-up at every step. The technicians arrived at the scheduled time.

They were very competent and completed the project the same day. A first class quality job. As Good As New is by far one of the best contractors that I have dealt with. I highly recommend them.

We recently had "As Good As New" come out to our house to replace our wood fence with a cedar fence with galvanized posts. We couldn't be happier with the results. The weather was bad on the day the project was scheduled to start. I assumed that would postpone the project but they were able to complete the job in 2 days just like they said. I also had a tree directly on the property line and the crew had multiple suggestions on how to handle it.

The price was definitely fair based on some other bids we received. I can't recommend "As Good As New" enough and I have already recommended them to a few neighbors and friends.

I know I usually write very long and witty reviews but I can't really do that with As Good As New. I had them come out and put up an entirely new fence and I could be happier but not by much. They did the entire thing without having to meet face to face which was great due to my work schedule. They stayed in constant contact via phone and e-mail and managed to knock the job out within a week.

I nearly wrote them off when I received their quote and had to work the math myself but I'm happy I didn't because their finished total actually came up less than mine and that helped sell me on the job. My only concern is that there are two slats they used that I know will fall apart before the rest of the fence because they have some imperfections but it's wood, no piece is ever perfect and those two little spots don't diminish the great work they did!

5 STARS! These guys did a fantastic job! Great communication from the first email to the end of the project. I can't speak highly enough about the guys here working on my fence. They not only take pride in their workmanship, but they continuously went above and beyond each day to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. There aren't many times I've felt the need to write a review, but I was blown away by the professionalism and work ethic. My fence looks amazing! So much so, my neighbor immediately hired them to finish her fence. They've earned a customer for life!

My home has a wrought iron fence surrounding the yard that was starting to show it's age. I had a few posts that have rusted through paint was faded and wanted it fixed. I started the search for someone that could take care of it for me. I had several estimates and decided to go with As Good As New LLC and I am very happy that I did. The technician I had was Jonathan and he did an excellent job.

He is a master at Iron Fence repairs to include cutting and welding on new posts. It took him all week, but he did a fantastic job. My fence is once again "As Good As New". I highly recommend them.

Excellent communications, easy scheduling, effecient use of time on the job. They put up a wood fence on my patio and there was only one thing I would have preferred; they should have used three rails instead of just two to nalil the pickets slats on. Otherwise, the wood fence looks good. The iron fence paint job looks good but I think it could have used a second coat.

If your looking to get your fence stained definitely go with As Good As New! My fence looks like new again and I feet like it has totally transformed my yard. The guys were super nice and very professional. Thank you so much As Good As New!

They were very responsive. They provided an estimate within a short time, scheduled the project, arrived on time, did and excellent job on the fence gates, and cleaned up the work site. I plan to use them on a future project.

They were prompt, efficient and professional. the only reason I didn't give them five stars is the estimator did a sloppy job assessing picket that needed to be replaced on one sid.e They are coming back to do the other ones that were obviously in need of replacement.

Robert and Chad were amazing. They went above and beyond in making my fence look good as new! I have been using Good as New for more than 10 years and they never disappoint.

The fence guys showed up on time as promised, and were able to match 5 new sections of fence to a single 2-year old section I had to replace after a storm damaged it. They did a great job in a minimal time, and at a reasonable price.

I have used As Good as New to stain my fence every couple of years for the past 5 years. They are always very good with quotes and scheduling, and they generally do a good job of staining the fence. This last time, I had some overspray on the house in a couple of spots, but I raised my concern, and they had the guys come right back out first thing the next morning. I paid them $926 for doing the fence and stairs, and it took 2 guys 2 hours to do the whole job. To me, it just seems too high, even for materials and a reasonable profit.

Two men worked on my fence gate and they did a very good job. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company.

I called several fence companies for a bid to replace and haul away the old fence. Most of them didn't even call back or come by to give me an estimate! As Good As New was prompt and came by to size up the project and emailed me their costs with an incentive for a free fence stain too! After accepting their offer, they called to tell me they would be by the day before (June 30) to remove and haul away the old fence ( they even removed an old block of concrete for me) and prep and dig the holes for the new fence!

They returned the morning of July 1 to install and stain the new fence! They were so professional, fast and efficient! I would highly recommend this fencing company over all others!

6 stars for fencing repair! The appointments were very easy to make. When the appointment was made, we got options and they weren't pushy. I have used this company twice in the last 4 years: first time to rebuild a 60' length of fence and few days ago to repair a 10' fence with a gate between houses. Both times the guys arrived exactly on time and finished quicker than I thought they could.

They provide high quality work. My Jack Russell Terrier doesn't like it because she can no longer escape out of our back yard. The guys were friendly and did just what they said they would do - no surprises. I think the company name should be "Better than New."

They were very professional from the first call through to the completion of the job. The workers were clean, answered my questions, were careful with my plants and gave me advice on keeping my deck looking like new. The office made sure I was aware of any changes in the schedule even after the office was closed.

I have used this company to maintain my huge deck and fencing for 10 years. They consistently do a great job. Attention to detail, extra efforts to make it right, consideration for your property are their standards.

Phillip and Tegan just finished my beautiful new fence. They did an excellent job. You could tell they take pride in their work and know exactly what they are doing. They should call this Company Better than New, because the fence they put up is twice as sturdy and looks so much better than the fence I had.

I first heard of As Good As New a couple of years ago when there was a bad storm a couple of days before Christmas. My fence fell down and was in need of repair. I researched some companies online and requested a quote from As Good As New. They came out and repaired my fence. I was happy with their work, their promptness, and their willingness to come out on Christmas Eve.

Fast forward two years, we have another mega storm and a good chunk of my fence is in need of repair. I chose to rehire As Good As New because the portion of my fence that they repaired two years ago was still standing! It was not knocked down by the storm so that definitely restored my faith in the quality of their work. I called Earl and although he could not secure an appointment for the same day, Robert came out the following day to repair my fence. Robert worked diligently to ensure that my fence was repaired properly and the repair took the great part of the day. Now my fence is looking great and I'm a happy customer. As Good As New certainly lives up to their name.

BUYER BEWARE! This company represent themselves on their website as a Christian company (by the way - any time a company has to tout this fact on their advertising you should beware just for that!). Here is their EXACT wording of their advertisement: "exterior power washing for a home of up to 2,500 square feet". They then gave me a rate for that amount.

My home is 2,350 sf so I thought this was a very good deal and we booked the job. Today they came out to our house and informed me that our house was 4,500 sf. When I told hem that they were crazy that I knew how large my house was they said that they measure a "different way" than how the house is measured for real estate purposes. Problem is (as you can see from their ad) they never tell you about "their" measurement method.

This is a COMPLETE BAIT AND SWITCH and they consciously know what they are doing. The people doing the work have a "I don't care what you do" attitude. This is a fence company that I guess got into this as a sideline and although this is not a fence job it is clearly a reflection of how they do business. There are a lot of fence and powerwashing companies out there - take my advice and use one of them.

This company has a hard time following up with people. They want pictures emailed to them in order to assess damage. When I emailed photos, I never heard a response. I gave up and will hire someone else. They don't deserve my business.
