Derek was very professional and thorough and cleaning my coils. It's not hard to tell when somebody takes pride in their work and this was definitely the case with Derek. Justin has also done work for us and he was very attentive and took pride in his work also. I like the company so much I recommended them to my father and he had a brand new unit put in buy them.

Excellent company! Tim gave us no pressure options to fix or replace our units. We knew the time had come. It was easy to decide the route to go. Damen and his crew Ethan and Devin arrived and did an outstanding job removing our old system and installing our new system. Professional work. Polite and careful. The job was done quickly and in perfect detail. I wholeheartedly recommend Family if you need maintenance repairs or a whole new system. Thank you guys

John English and Joe Carney were a tag team on this repair. John, was able to come out the day I called and In short order identified our faulty component. One that had been replaced by another company just last summer when my home warranty company sent out someone other than Family Heating and Air. I had my doubts but when Joe showed up for the repair he took the time to really explain how this new part could have gone bad and the proper way to do the install to prevent the same issue.

These guys are professional and courteous and always do good work. They do all my servicing and I know now to ask for them specifically when talking to my home warranty company. Thanks for keeping us cool!

Had our system installed by Family back in 2020 and had such a great experience with Tim and then the install crew that there was no question who we would use for maintenance. Fast forward to April 2022 and it was time to have a system check and some maintenance done. I got an email reminder along with a coupon, called them up and set the appointment. Rick H. called when he was on the way, did a thorough inspection and service while addressing a couple minor issues, and was done in just over an hour. Always a pleasure doing business with these folks.

The name of this company is an indicator of their working philosophy. We have had great service from every part of this company for six years now. Our most recent service came from Dakota who took good care of both of our units. And yes, our dogs were just as impressed with Dakota. As we go into the long hot summer of the Florida Panhandle, I sleep a little better knowing Family Heating & Air are there if anything goes wrong.

Joe Carney was my technician and he did a great job. I called for my annual checkup and to fix a problem I was having with one of my units not cooling properly. Joe took time to do the annual service, isolate the issue I was having and provide me with his recommendations. I appreciated the time and detail he took explaining things to me. He truly cares about his customers and I have been a customer of Family heating and air for the past 8 years.

I have bought this unit about 10 months ago & received my preventive maintenance by Dakota Garner with Family Heating and AC. I was impressed with the job he preformed! Overall I am very happy with my new unit and it's operating perfectly as expected from a high quality as Bryant. Today reaffirms why I choice quality over cost. As everyone experiences the Florida summer I will be resting easy in my cool home! Thank you again Family Heating and AC for your outstanding product, but even more for sending out professionals like Dakota to continue to keep my system running top notch!

I reached out to Family Heating & Air to do some preventive maintenance on our unit. My wife and I built our home six years ago and we have not had any issues with our system, but we neglected the preventive maintenance due to our busy lifestyle. Anyways, Family Heating & Air sent Joe to my house this past Sunday (3.27.22) to look at our unit and give it a tune up etc.

He was very professional and knowledgeable about our unit. He took the time to talk and even educate me on the "life cycle of traditional A/C units" and what to expect if you maintain a preventive maintenance schedule. Joe is a rock star and an awesome asset for Family Heating & Air! I look forward to working with him in the future, since my wife and I signed up for the annual protection/Preventative maintenance plan, so we can really maximize the lifespan of our AC unit, thanks again Joe!

Derek was incredible! He walked us through some issues we were having and answered questions we had! He's actually the only one who checked as much as he could in the attic too! Very thorough and did not leave without us feeling comfortable with how to deal with the temperature settings and all of the other questions and issues we had. We also discussed the different temperature issues between rooms.

We chatted about adding another register in our living room due to the heat, but we decided to hold off due to limited space and the complexity of our available room. Very kind, professional, and personable too!

I needed a new system installed and called Family Heating & Air. Dakota and Landon did a fantastic job! They were professional, courteous, and polite. However, the most important thing to me is that they took their time and made sure the job was done right. A/C unit made popping noise when turning in. Of course, when the technician came out it did not make the noise. He listened to my explanation and knew what I was talking about. He explained everything in detail. Checked EVERY possible solution to make sure the problem was rectified the first time. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Dakota was top notch. He took care of all of our A/C needs and answered all of our questions. He also explained how the maintenance plan worked and why its better to use a certain type of filter versus another. Thanks for coming out at the late hour and showing such professionalism and fixing our problem, getting us back up and running, and treating our home with respect!

I was so impressed with the service and care that I received with Thomas Carper, a Technician with Family Heating & Air. His experience and professionalism was so remarkable and commendable that I felt it neccessary to compliment his work and his positive attitude. I highly recommend him and Family Heating & Air. I would also like to mention Andy, the responsive Dispatcher that I spoke with at least three times. Mr. Lowery came out and fixed everything and gave great suggestions and we upgraded our thermostat to a smart one. He explained everything and made it user friendly.

I recently worked with Tim to get a specialty installation done and he was very responsive and helpful. Tom was sent to my home to perform the install and was respectful and attentive to my requests and questions. Would definitely recommend Family Heating and Air and I will be using them from now on.

Technicians are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They are always on time and answer any questions that I may have. I wouldn't use any other company!

Tom was such a nice polite man. He didn't just say oh it's your compressor he was very diligent he knew what the problem was. I had 2 other companies check it and one said I needed a new AC and the other one said I needed a new compressor. Said I needed 8 lbs of coolant and it only takes 5. The coolant was over 700 dollars. Baloney! I am so happy I was assigned this company. Thank you so much Tom

When our AC unit went out I contacted several companies to get estimates. Family Heating and Air came promptly and gave good advice on what we needed and suggested a Bryant Unit that we have enjoyed since installation.

Good customer service. Poor communication within the company. They contacted me on a Monday, via a call to American Home Shield. I told the receptionist the fan motor in my a/c unit was bad. A tech met my wife at the house during her lunch hour and replaced two capacitors, and told her it was working.

I wish I could give negative stars! It takes 2 days for a repairman to even come by and when they finally show up all they do is replace the thermostat, which they had already done just 3 months prior.

Technician was sent out by american home shield for our rental house not cooling below 80 degrees technician told our renters there was nothing wrong with the unit.
