Don't want to rate them because I feel like they are my hidden secret, but by far the best AC people in Pensacola. Pricing, service and response time is just unbeatable. Last call out they rewired a Jerry rigged air handler for only the cost of the part and the service call.

I have used several heating and air companies in Pensacola, and this is by far the best. They are very professional and efficient. They were very careful to cover all floors with a canvas drop cloth and move all furniture to be able to access the unit. They took the time to explain the new unit and how to maintain it. I highly recommend signing up for their 2x year maintenance on AC/Heat. They really are extremely thorough, clean, professional, and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone for all your air care needs.

Chris and Joshua cleaned our dryer vent and installed a new vent cover, last one was ripped off by hurricane Sally. These guys were awesome, they coordinated if they could show up EARLY (context, this was right after Sally, they had a ton of work that day). Both were very transparent with the work, made appropriate recommendations, were quick to get the job done right, and were very professional. I really have nothing negative to say, I'd call them up if you need duct work of any kind or AC maintenance

The capacitor was replaced and we had cool air immediately. Confusion came when we reviewed the bill. The unit is still under warranty so we didn't understand being charged $276. The invoice states "replaced capacitor $201", "diagnostic fee $75". It appears that the capacitor was $201.? They aren't anywhere near that expensive! Service: AC repair

Air Care Wizard did a great job installing our new AC. Will and his guys were all very friendly. They try hard, they work hard, and they get the job done right. They take pride in their work and they actually take their time to solve the problem rather than getting the job done as fast as they can and move on to the next one. Great company, great work!

My AC went out LAST YEAR during the first week of June 2019. I called not 1, not 2, not 3, but 5 different companies, priority 1, we care heating and air, kool breeze and 2 other small local companies here in Navarre. They all said the same thing, I need a completely new system, estimates ranged from 5-7,000.00. That's a lot of money for me, a. single mom to spend, so I bought my son a window unit for his room and that's where me, him and our 2 dogs hung out for the rest of the summer.

Someone else referred this company to me, and I am so grateful they did! Less than 400.00 and my son and I have cool air again! I will now refer everyone I know to this company! Thank you so much for giving us relief from this heat.

We had a great experience with this company! We've worked with them before so we had them do a COMPLETE switch out. The price was fair and they did an amazing job delivering. We got two units for each side of the house with the handlers in the attic! They went above and beyond by installing decking in the attic for the handlers, which isn't customary but a very nice touch.

The owner, Gray, was very hands on from the beginning and was quick to respond to any concerns we had throughout the process. Will, the head technician, was SO knowledgeable and received great comments during the inspection. Though it was a big job, replacing all the duct work and adding two full units, they were SO quick to install (our other contractors even made mention of it!). OVERALL, great company and great work!

Needed the air ducts cleaned out on my 50-year-old house. They had appointments within the week. The crew that came out to do the job was courteous and professional. when my rental property needed some AC work I called them again and had the same great experience

We had an issues with our 26 year heater. Sean from Air Care Wizard came out and gave us an estimate for a new heater and a date and time to install. He showed up (on time) with his co-worker John and removed and installed the new system in about 5 hours. My biggest issue with the new heater is I wanted it to be much quieter than what we had. The difference is amazing and the quiet is great.

They answered all of our questions, showed us how the new thermostat works and cleaned up after themselves. I just want to thank both Sean and John and Air Care Wizard for a superb job! I would highly recommend them.

I just wanted to tell you that Wallace on your team took great care of us tonight. We just moved to a newer home with a brand new AC unit. The last couple days we noticed the AC running but not cooling. We figured it just needed freon. I called this morning and spoke with Jonathan who was very professional. He made sure we had a tech come by today. Wallace came out around 6 and by 7 had everything taken care of for us. He was polite and knowledgeable. I just had a new heat pump unit installed by Air Care Wizard. They did a wonderful job! Rocky and Sean were the gentlemen who did the installation. They were very nice to work with and extremely efficient. They called to let me know they were on the way each time which I really like. They showed up on time, another plus. For the estimate, Rocky explained exactly what would be done, the equipment to be used and warranty information. Installation went great, they did everything as promised and did it very well and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Air Wizard to anyone needing HVAC work.

Wow! BBB rated. Small Business of the Year. Family owned. Amazing informative patient crew. I have the yearly service contract with Air Care Wizard. Not Only does each technician carry a checklist and a try this list on a clip board, but every line item was reviewed with me, signed BY me, THEN signed by the technician.

Air Care Wizard came out to do an estimate on a mold job for one of my real estate buyer clients. We had just gotten an estimate from another well known company and couldn't use that company because they didn't know the extent of the problem and couldn't give us a price.

Hired for mold remediation for disabled vet and his wife. Took deposit, did demo, then left them several weeks without a kitchen. Overcharged (e.g., paid for 52sqft of drywall removal and repair, when only 7 sqft was removed), charged for items/services never used (mold remediation suits and bags when workers were in plain clothing and carried items in hands) and others inflation (breaking up a custom tiled counter top when mold was at base of wall and cabinets could have been pulled out).

When I called on their behalf, I was told I could only get a refund if I agreed not to post anything negative about the company, which I wouldn't do because I felt this showed that the company wasn't acting in good faith. The owner's response was that if I wanted to fight, he'd fight. BBB complaint filed. No resolution, no response regarding overcharges, but they did send a letter politely telling the seniors he could file a lien on their home if they pursued cancelling contract. BUYER BEWARE.

We were very dissatisfied with their service. We provided a mold remediation plan and they only quoted and preformed the parts of the plan they wanted to do. We were told that they did not guarantee that our room would pass an air quality inspection when they were done with the mold remediation. What? We will not recommend this company and have turned friends away from them.
