Pyle Fence

Pyle Fence came highly recommended by many online sources, and I can see why. They were responsive, even answering phones on the weekends. I had a rough estimate quickly, followed up by an in-person appointment with an honest and knowledgeable Tony, who was able to offer great suggestions and problem-solving. The work was done as promised, when promised, and for the quoted price. Our fence looks amazing, and the feeling of security for our dogs is priceless.

I Think God will for this Company. I told several people about this Company, My Daughter is one of the people I told. She DID HER WHILE I HOUSE DONE.GOING.

My sister was double charged because their email system was " hacked" and they said "it's not our fault". Offered no apologies or resolution. And it was right before Christmas. So now She is out $1200. And the lock installed is poor quality and can easily be blown open or opened by my dog which is the whole reason for the fence. UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! Look elsewhere.

Pyle Fence allowed someone to get into their email and send a scam email from it to my sister-in-law. Then, when she ended up getting taken for more than $1200, the manager of the company said it "wasn't their problem." Don't trust this business.

The fence they originally installed looks good, but trying to get them to come out for repair is a nightmare. I spoke with someone and they asked me to send photos. I did that and text reply was "got it will have quote today". That was aug 4th and I've heard nothing! Called again 8/13 and asked if someone would kindly tell me if the job is too small because I'd look elsewhere and she said someone would call back. No response yet.

I signed a fence contract on April 3, 2021 for installation in approximately 12 weeks. Contract includes permits and the salesman, Bob Heckman, said the permit is with the county. Turns out Pyle didn't submit an application. It's been over a week and despite multiple attempts to contact Bob and Pyle directly, no one will call me back. I will amend the rating if they improve their service, but at this point cannot recommend them and may soon have to consider legal action.

I have used Pyle Fence on several occasions for the fencing at my property and They have always done a great job and the price was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Service: Wood fence

Signed contract in April, was told there would be a June install date. End of June I started trying to contact Bob Heckman, who returns only 1 in 10 messages you leave him. After asking 20 times, was finally told the fence was never ordered - NEW install date would be "sometime in September". I told them to give me my deposit back. The best thing I can say about them is that they did refund my deposit. Don't waste your time - call literally anyone else.

I would like to give them a review but I left a message that I want some work done and I never got a phone call back.

If you are looking for a business to install a fence, this is not the business. If you want quality craftsmen to execute a beautiful and subtle addition to add value and beauty to your home, call these people. We had several quotes and they came in lowest, but offered the highest quality service. Bob Hackman spoke at length, for weeks with my husband, never brushing him off the phone when he had a question.

My husband can be overly thorough most times and clearly he met his match with Bob who planned a beautifully situated fence, winding through trees and overgrown brush area which their crew clear-pathed. He and his expert team member, Guillermo, gave us an immaculately measured, split rail fence with black mesh that met the ground in order to keep our newly adopted dogs safe inside our yard.

We weren't scheduled for a week or two, and two nights before the arrival of our rescues, Bob called to say he'd be there next day. Now that's service, and with a very professional smile. We've been enjoying our yard and our dogs for a little over a week, and it's like a patch of heaven here in Baltimore, MD. We highly recommend this company to install your fence.

They did a great job on my fence. I recommend anyone use them. They were the cheapest option, but I think I got the best service.

Pyle Fence installed my aluminum fence for a reasonable price using materials I had purchased on clearance from Lowes. I deducted 2 stars for the extremely frustrating lack of communication and 1 star for not installing the fence panels correctly. I signed a contract at the end of June 2020 with an estimated mid-Aug installation. I know contractors have been extremely busy during Covid-times, so the long wait and the eventual Sep 23 installation didn't bother me.

But Bob Heckman told me over and over of plans to stake the job or install the fence and each time, the day came and went with no acknowledgement and no response for days. There was a point where I didn't hear anything for so long that I started researching how to get my deposit back through legal means. This was very frustrating and poor customer service.

When they finally did install the fence, it was installed in a day, which was great. But the installer installed it with the bottom rail flush against the ground, not the 2" gap that is supposed to be used for these types of fences. This made it look unattractive, especially adjacent to the gates, which due to the grading, required ~3" gap, so the transition from no gap to 3" gap was much more drastic.

Not a great experience. Took 2 months to get installed. When I inquired about date of install numerous times, was told someone would get in touch, they never did. I would leave messages, but they would not return my calls. When they finally installed, they apparently didn't contact Miss Utilities, because they sliced the cable that feeds my townhouse complex, causing a loss of internet phone, and TV services for 10 hours to numerous residents, many working from home and dependent on internet. Reading some other reviews, it sounds like this is standard operating procedure. Not good.

A good local company. As in any home improvement situation. things may and can occur. When a company can rectify there mistakes in a prompt manner they, as a contractor myself, are MOST worthy of my business. Service: Security fencing & metal cages

Jim was a great communicator. Gave us a competitive price and executed the work on-time and as described. We had a small issue with one gate being more narrow than expected (my fault- they built it to the exact size on the contract) and they came out and widened the gate at no charge. Excellent communication, value, and quality of work. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Pyle Fence offered us the best price comparing to the larger company I called up for the estimates. I personally spoke with the owner and discussed the price of the fence with an automatic gate. Pyle Fence is a small local family own business company, they offered the lower price with the best quality of installation and great services. I do not understand the review of 1 star given and complaint about the service. They were very reasonable and honest to their works done. Perhaps, the 1 star customers need a better communication with them.

This company is extremely difficult to get ahold of a real " employee " - I left several messages (along with an email) with their answering service in regards to a sliced phone wire outback during a fence repair. This left my family without an alarm system, television and home phone. Still have not received a phone call back. Completely unacceptable.

May 2018. Pyle put in my fence years ago but now when it came time for a small repair they were unable to follow through. I've gotten the run around for almost 2 months; leading me to believe they would help me. I was told on many occasions that the part I needed was ordered when in fact it was not. I signed the order and gave my credit card.

I understand it is a small job but small jobs lead to big jobs. I should be able to turn to the company who installed the fence. I called and asked to speak with the owner or manager twice and did not receive a call back. Obviously not concerned with customer service. I need a new fence and will go elsewhere.

These guys had the best price by far. I'm very impressed with the quality of the fence - cedar gates, 6x6 gate posts. Workers were very friendly and professional.

Our fence was built by Pyle right before we purchased it. A few year later, we noticed many issues with it, seemingly well before there should have been issues. When our next door neighbor had their fence put in, workers FROM PYLE told them that our fence was not done correctly and was very low quality.

I'm writing this review in April 2016. I sent an email October 2015 for a free estimate and never received a reply. Sent another in February no response. My wife CALLED and left 2 MESSAGES two weeks ago and no response. I heard this was a good company so I was patient. I called Long Fence and they were here the next week with a free on the spot estimate.

We used Pyle to build a fence in our Baltimore County yard. They offered the lowest price of 3 companies who provided quotes. Despite telling us that it would be 6 weeks before the installation could be scheduled, we were able to schedule installation within 1.5 weeks of making a deposit. Communication with the crew prior to installation was reliable, and on the installation day they showed up on time.

The 2 men worked hard all day, and would have finished if it hadn't started storming in the late afternoon. They came back the next morning (Saturday) bright and early to finish off the job. Our fence looks great and keeps our dog from wandering uninvited into the neighbors' yards. It was a satisfying and efficient process all around.

Dear Mr. Pyle, Today your crew and foreman completed a split rail fence on my property. They were very courteous and hardworking. We were very pleased with the quality of their work and pleasantly surprised at the time they took cleaning up after the job. When we decided to put up a fence we called around pricing many other companies.

Set up appointment on Tuesday for Saturday morning for a quote. Sales guy calls back on Friday to cancel the appointment. First off I scheduled off work to be there. Secondly he knows that this was holding up a contract to purchase a house.
